We were tired, just got off the plane, and we didn't know where to eat. Didn't need a lot of hustle and bustle. We stumbled on this on a side alley, and it was perfect. The food was very fresh, the sauces were outstanding (particularly...More

This cafe is a treasure that offers a wonderful menu of fresh food, made to order. It's a small place that's tucked slightly away from the busier hustle of tourist shops/restaurants. I ordered a chicken pita sandwich and my dining partner ordered a falafel in...More

Stockholm is known for its cafe culture. Not so great for the introverted solo traveler. This is one of a few places in Gamla Stan that isn't a cafe (although there is outdoor seating available). And as a lover of kebaps in any city, it...More

Went there with a friend and thought of having something cheap as Gamla Stan is quite an expensive area and touristy area. We enjoyed the food and the service there.

By far one of the best Turkish restaurants I have ever eaten at! Friendly staff were extremely helpful with accommodating for my peanut allergy and happy to talk me through all the possible ingredients! The special mix was especially good and I cannot recommend this...More

The Jerusalem offers very authentic Middle Eastern cuisine. I had the falafel which was great. Reasonable prices, good portions, and friendly service make this an attractive alternative to fast food while in Stockholm.

Gamla Stan & Riddarholmen
Gamla Stan is Stockholm’s historic old town and home
to the Swedish Royal Palace. It’s the most central
island of Stockholm and accompanied by the small
island of Riddarholmen, mainly known for its famous
Riddarholm Church. Gamla Stan tends to be a bit
touristy at times but is definitely worth visiting:
take a stroll past the well-preserved buildings and
through the small (and also Sweden’s narrowest)
