We're a new, vegan restaurant serving mostly organic, totally vegan food in the heart of Stockholm. We have a regularly changing menu and make all our meals, sandwiches, smoothies and desserts in house. You'll find us on the ground floor of Kulturhuset in Sergels Torg - 1 minute from Central station.

Kafe Plattan is located in the underground part of Kulturhuset, so the address is a bit misdirecting. Entrance is easiest from the lower level of Sergelstorget. They serve vegan sandwiches, wraps and sweet baked goods. We had a banh mi -inspired tofu sandwich and a pesto & avocado sandwich. Both were good – not great – but good for a light lunch. I would visit again. The salty chocolate mousse cake was quite nice.

I ate a wrap for 98 sek, which was quite tasty! It was still lightly grilled. There was free tap water and friendly staff. I don't think the neighborhood is very pleasant, but it is a good place for a quick bite or takeaway. Tip for others: there is no private toilet, but by showing your receipt at the paying toilet you can enter for free

A vegan cafe in Kulturhuset in the centre of the city? Amazing!
We enjoyed everything we tried -- "duck" sandwich, buffalo cauliflower sandwich, pizza, caesar salad, kladdkaka, semla, mango mousse, and so on. We will definitely be back again.

A great place to spend an afternoon, hidden at the bottom floor of Kulturhuset in the city centre. I had the spicy jackfruit doughnut which was unusual but super tasty. Great place for vegans and veggies.

It's nice to have a fully vegan cafe in such a central location. Kafé Plattan makes a nice meeting place or after-sightseeing coffee stop. This time, I only had a coffee, but the food and, particularly, the cakes and cookies looked very tasty, so I'll definitely come back to try them.

This lovely spot has a great seasonally-changing menu, and beautiful desserts which also change for holidays. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Highly recommended!

Delicious, healthy, full of options!! Couldn’t have asked for a better lunch spot. We had the walnut pesto sandwich and chikken wrap! Would love to have a photo to post, but it was too delicious to wait.
