Really friendly staff that explained all the dishes, great selection of veggie & vegan dishes & salads... Very reasonable prices (for Stockholm) with a buffet you can help yourself & go back for more... The starter was a tasty veg soup, with a nice bread, followed by a selection of homemade dishes & salads. All the food was fresh &... More

It was a simple and nive vegeterian lunch. The hummus is delicious! A mix of taste while it stays very basic which I like the idea a lot!!! Will be back!

Late lunch. Excellent choice. Fresh and tasty. For £11 approx. Lovely hummus, fresh salad and selection of hot dishes. Well worth a visit whether you are vegan, veggie or just want to eat healthily.

It's a basic, cafe with a small veggie buffet. Decor-wise there are countless stunning looking cafes nearby but we were in a hurry to eat and knew this to be a safe veggie bet so we plunged in. It was expensive given that we don't have huge appetites but everything we ate was tasty, if a bit old school. If... More

Affordable(relatively), delicious, vegetarian food in a open buffet! You will feel very lucky if you stop by this restaurant in Gamla Stan! Beside good food, the place is really cozy.

Eat what you can for 120 SEK. The food is delicious. Great hummus, coleslaw, beetroot, brown rice, lasagna with vegetables,.. What else can you wish?! :)

Popular small veggie eatery, very tasty veggie/mostly organic food. I came regularly when eating in Stockholm. Nice selection of food, both raw and cooked, changes daily. Avoid rush hour, as the place fills up quickly. Possibility to book a table I think. If coming in the evening, best to come early as they tend to shut early, particularly on weekends.

Visited Hermitage last week for lunch. I hadn't been there for years. Lunch buffet 120 SEK is too expensive for what it is. If I am not wrong, the price doesn't even include coffee. Having said that, the food is very nice and tasty. Warm dishes : some lentils soup, vegetable stew, pan fried potatoes, burrito. Hummus was good. I... More

Very good vegetarian place in the very center of Stockholm. It's a bit crowdy around 12-00, otherwise it's cosy and you can relax and enjoy your meal there

Good food and service. Although, it lacks a bit in variety. It's either carrot lasagna or balls of veggies and couscous.

Thank Kevin M

Staying in Gamla Stan & Riddarholmen

Neighborhood Profile
Gamla Stan & Riddarholmen
Gamla Stan is Stockholm’s historic old town and home to the Swedish Royal Palace. It’s the most central island of Stockholm and accompanied by the small island of Riddarholmen, mainly known for its famous Riddarholm Church. Gamla Stan tends to be a bit touristy at times but is definitely worth visiting: take a stroll past the well-preserved buildings and through the small (and also Sweden’s narrowest) alleys, which will make you feel like you’ve travelled back in time. This neighborhood offers a great combination of historical buildings and traditional Swedish restaurants.
