Expectation was not compared to hotel and locatieontwikkelaar; no leading waiter. Food 7/10. Either lower prices or improve 😓

Looks like a top tier lobby café/reataurant where one could have business meetings but in realitet the service is terrible and they treat you really bad. Would not take someone I sant to have a positive experience here (eg. pot client, family or date).

Have been here 2 times and the service was bad both times. The food is good but to high for the price.

We were looking for a nice breakfast place on our last day before leaving. The food was good, fresh and well presented. I was not a fan of our waiter as he was not paying attention and brought the wrong order as I expected. Next...time you write it down, fella. It’s a very lovely place and very well decorated interior. We sat outside and got a goodie bag because they celebrated the first day of the opening of their terrace. Good marketing! When in Sweden you have to go to Greta’s and enjoy the food and the view.More

You must come to Gretas after all that shopping. They have wonderful open faced sandwiches that go well with your coffee or beer. The place is beautiful in the Art Deco style so take a lot of photos!

After a rather long wait to be seated, even though there were free tables, we were shown to a table. But then informed that “other people will also be seated here, but it’s all yours for now”. Checking the menu, I saw that I was...only given a wine menu. After some effort we got the regular menu. Then the waiter never returned and after another long wait we left the restaurant ( none of the staff reacted to the fact that we were leaving) and instead went to Hogtorget and had really good Korean street food. So it ended well, but not at Greta’s!More

Not escaping the bad rep of Scandic we ended up at Gretas, which is part of the Scandic Hötorget, as the setting and location is quite nice. With no expectations it was rather easy to relax and adapt to the bad service, unfriendly, accusing and...bitter. The food on the other hand was a bit better than expected, it wasn’t horrible, so I’ll probably pay the restaurant a visit again just because of the location.More

Stepped in for a quick dinner before a movie. Somewhat limited menu but a superb risotto and some fun cocktails. However when we asked for desserts the waiter said they're of desserts because they've had so many guests during the day. After a few minutes...she came back and said she could arrange desserts from the "sister" restaurant next door - now that's going an extra mile for the customer! Impressed!More

Best and coziest cafe in town! <3 The staff is amazing and they have a excellent variety of desserts and drinks. My top cafe in Stockholm.
