We were lucky to get a table here after the restaurant in our hotel was fully booked. The Japanese have a word for this (which I can't remember) meaning "happy accident". What a great place. We sat here for 3 hours just enjoying great food and wine and service in a very relaxed environment. Do not hesitate to pop by... More

Whenever we go til Malmö, we always go here! Do yourself a favor and order the Chef's Menu for 350 SEK - you get plenty of food, so it's a great value. And remember to book a table in advance, as the place is very popular.

We had a lot of different dishes, ranging from pizza to the rabbit thigh and various fish thingies. It was all very good, and so were the service and the atmosphere. Hip and excellent dining can go hand in hand, so proves the B.

When we visited Malmo, we looked at TripAdvisor to see what restaurants were recommended, and saw this place and thought it sounded interesting. Funny: TripAdvisor won't let me submit this review unless I remove the restaurant's name :-) Lo and behold, we stumbled on it as we strolled around Malmo, and went it for an early supper. The restaurant tables... More

Busy resaturant with great food in mid-size portions to share or not. The manu is changed daily but "Bastards planka" with different charcuteries and condiments is always there. Share this with friends and you have a great start to a fantastic meal. Wine selection is good too.

On a rainy Wednesday evening, we were fortunate enough to get a table, without a reservation, at Bastards!!! For~ The kind staff, hip music, cozy atmosphere, cocktails, wine, beer, rugs over tiles, an open kitchen, and the food... I loved the food!!! Tomatoes, goat cheese, basil, and raspberries. Best! Against~ Nothing, except I don't get to Sweden often. I highly... More

Went after work with a friend. Had pizza since the kitchen wasn't fully opened until 6 PM. Great pizza but the wineselection was more impressive, and you can order most of the wine per glass.

All was tip top at this visit - the facilities, food and service in a cosy old-fashioned are of Malmoe town in Scania.

This is the Malmö take on The New Scandinavian Cuisine. Terroir philosophy, trendy hipster waiters and a rustic touch on gastronomy makes this the most interesting and ambitious restaurant in Malmö. Everything is expertly composed, eloquently presented, cooked with precision and served in a relaxed and fun atmosphere. Noma it is not, but if you want a touch of what... More

A trendy new restaurant in downtown Malmo that is attracting food lovers – very tasty! I would try to make a reservation – though we had luck in getting a table as a walk in. We popped over for the evening while staying in Copenhagen - a 45 minute train ride. The food was delicious and the serves incredibly friendly.... More
