Govindas has been operating in Lund since april 1994. We use 100% fresh ingredients. The only product we buy ready is tomato paste. Everyday there is fresh baked sourdough bread. The portions are very generous and we always serve seconds, so nobody will go away hungry. Our cooking tradition is "pranic cooking" from the Ayur-veda. This is a way of cooking which tries to preserve the "life energy" in the vegetables. This is done partially by the way you cut the vegetables, the cooking temperature and length of cooking.
