I had a quick lunch deal with a couple of colleagues and the food was okay, in a sort of twisted Thai fusion, which was however well presented. I can't say, for the rest, that I left the restaurant in a state of complete enthusiasm....The staff, on the other hand, made their best to make us feel at ease.More
Serves western style thai food. Some of the dishes are a bit heavy. The vegetarian spring roll is very good (if you don't mind lemongrass). Overall, the food is definitely good, you won't have a bad meal, but you might end up paying a bit...more than you'd think it's worth.More
I have been here for a few times and they never disappoint me. Good location. Friendly staff. Very accomodating. The price of the food is a bit pricey but you’ll get what you paid for. Seafood curry is aboslutely my favorite dish.
It only needs a few touches to become an excellent Thai restaurant. The ambition is great, the interior charming (there's been many restaurants here over the years and it's a good thing Ihsiri has kept the old, worn, romantic scuffed wooden style). The bathroom is...so pretty, and it's a typical, very sweet touch that the changing table for babies has fresh diapers and babywipes, and there's even tampons in a pretty little jar for the women. All very fresh and thougthful. The staff is equally supernice and friendly without being obtrusive. The menu reads mouth watering. I chose the green curry with chicken, which was one of the lunch specials. All very nice but slightly disappointing. I had expected more flavour, more Thai feeling, that symphony of aromas that is quintessential Thai. The chicken pieces were soft and fresh but a little bland and the sauce was exactly that: totally OK, not bad, but it needed seasoning. I think that with a little tweaking, this place could be right up there among the best. They deserve four stars for everything, but the taste of that green curry was more three stars than four, actually.More
