The food-street in Lund is Klostergatan and at number 14 you find our cosy crêperie. In the mornings we serve a delicious breakfast buffet and after this we turn on the griddles where we prepare the tastiest galettes and crêpes for brunch, lunch, and dinner! Our large upstairs dining area and bar is the perfect place to book for group events!

Charming Cafe and hotel in the city centre of Lund

We had a little escape to Lund from Copenhagen and stayed at hotel Oskar for 1 night. Self check- in with door code to enter the hotel - good email correspondence regarding the check in options and further questions etc. Quiet even it was located in the pedestrian zone of Lund. We had a room to the street . A nice bed, clean and options to make coffee/tea in the reception area. The Creperiet was just around the corner with a very delicious breakfast included pancakes and eggs/bacon or eggs/mushrooms.

Cozy atmosphere and good food

I’ve been here quite a few times now, and tried both the crepes and galettes. Although it may seem a bit pricy the portions are very generous, and the food is delicious. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Although it can be a bit harder to find seats at certain times, it only goes to show how beloved this spot is. It is very cozy, and I highly recommend the beetroot and goat cheese galette. I was told by my company that their cider was quite good as well.

The staff were very friendly and the service was great. There was a wide range of options to choose from including suitable options for Vegetarians, Vegans, and Gluten-Free customers and this means there hopefully is something for everyone. There are plenty of savoury pancake options as well as sweet ones which were all equally yummy. The atmosphere of the restaurant/cafe is cosy and was pleasant to stay and eat there. The service was pretty quick and you order at the counter and then the staff bring the food to you. The pancakes we had were delicious and amazing. It was a great visit and we have no hesitation in recommending it.

Below-average crepes and awful service

We visited on a weekday during the evening. The temperature was high but we were told that the outdoor seating was closed. The indoor seating was alright, nice atmosphere, so we stayed. We ordered blini appetizers and galettes for main, both of these dishes were sub-standard. The crepes were rather soggy and bland and the fillings unbalanced. The worst part was the service, there were very few people but still, everything took a long time to get. The waitress was unfocused and felt very uninterested in her job and at times plain rude. I've heard good things about this place but was sorely disappointed and I will not return.

Meet my mother and daughters here for a nice Sunday brunch. The table was dirty with previous customers dirty plates and glasses. The staff seem to ignore us for about 20 minutes before they made the table. After that it was time to order food. We clearly told the staff that we are allergic to nuts. When we got the food all of the plates were sprinkled with walnuts. After we told them about this we got correct food but the staff didn’t really understand how serious this mistake could be. The food were mediocre but that’s my personal taste. I think it’s all about non educated staff with to high workload. No one seems to be I charge and the staff just wandering around not really taking care of things.

Hi Jerker, I am so sorry to read about your experience. The day of your visit there was a suspected bomb-threat outside another restaurant down the street and we had to evacuate creperiet in the middle of the breakfast service. We had to cancel a number of reservations between 11.30 - 13.00. Our team got permission to go back in at 12.45 and we had several remaining reservations that were coming at 13.00 and the whole restaurant was upside down and the team were focused on getting the tables for the reservations cleaned first. I think you and your family were a drop-in guests? What should have happened was that the team should have explained the situation and asked you to make a reservation and come back 30 minutes later when we were in balance again rather than letting you sit down at a table that was not ready for service. You are right, the person serving you was new on the job and of course that was unfortunate. This was not good, but perhaps the overall situation could explain a bit of this, What does make me really angry, however, is the fact that your allergy requirements were not met. We are known for being a restaurant which is brilliant in handling all kinds of dietary requirements and this is also a very important part of the training program for our team. I cannot explain why this did not work as it should. Our team managers have of course provided very clear individual feed-back to the staff members involved and also discussed the situation in the whole team. I hope you would be interested in coming back to us again and letting us show how we normally operate. A really nice little place

The sweetest staff, very friendly and happy to help. I had a veggie galette with goat cheese and ruccola. It was tasty without being to fatty and large enough to share with my teenage daughter. The raspberry and Nutella crepe we had for dessert was also really nice, but you can't really go wrong with Nutella, can you? 🙂 Keep in mind that you might have to wait up to 30 min even when the place is fairly empty, so perhaps not the best place for an office lunch. But calm and nice if you are not in a hurry.

Breakfast buffet

Me and 2 work colleagues stopped by for breakfast during a work trip. We had the breakfast buffet - bacon and scrambled eggs which were cooked to perfection and very tasty, bread, and a crepe. It was all lovely and fresh. Would definitely visit if I was working in Lund again.

Best breakfast in town

Had heard of the nice breakfast buffet at Creperiet and happy it is open again after the spring. Broad buffet with fresh, high quality foods, scrambled eggs, yoghurt, fresh sourdough bread and a crepe with jam for dessert. Highly recommendable.

Delicious Food, Excellent Service!

We enjoyed an excellent dinner at Creperiet. The atmosphere of the restaurant is quaint and comfy and the cocktails were perfectly mixed. We had galettes for dinner and they were outstanding - made with fresh ingredients and deliciously filling. The service was outstanding! Our server, Sofia, was friendly and competent. We will definitely return to Creperiet!

Vegan options!

Recently became vegan and came to Creperiet in Lund to see what options they have. Several of their galettes and crepes can be made vegan and they even offer vegan cheese. Great service and food, making it easy to go out for dinner on a vegan diet. Thank you!

Great food in lovely spot

The place is wonderful for enjoying some good food with friends and family. The workers are very kind and always paying attention to what you may need. Ordering the brunch is a plus, as it includes a savory galette, a French cider, a dessert sweet crepe and coffee/tea.

Had to come back

Came for breakfast a while ago. Brunch looked so good I had to come back. Very fast service even though it was very busy. We all had the vegetarian option and with the dessert together it was a lot of food, but it was too good not to finish. Very tasty apple cider comes with the brunch.

A tasty treat great for gf eaters

What a treat! Gluten free options galore and everything done artfully and full of flavor. The service was attentive and helpful, and the location was very convenient for us, as we were staying across the street at the Grand Hotel.

Cozy, Creative Comfort Food

We shared three gallettes (savory) and two crepes (sweet) between five people. Everything was delicious and there was plenty of food. Favorites included the Bernard, Bonaire (the daily special), the tropical mango crepe with coconut ice cream (another special) and the Zidane. The service was friendly and quick. We ate between 3 and 4pm— good time to go.

Cozy and very good crepes

The pistachio crêpe was very good, perhaps a favorite, and just filling. The service was good and even though there were some guests, we received the food within a reasonable time from ordering. The atmosphere was cozy as usual! It's quite affordable and the perfect place to go with a friend visiting Lund, or a date!
