Mad & Kaffe was close to our apartment so it was an obvious choice for breakfast on the first morning of our stay in Copenhagen. The menu is great and allows you to build your own breakfast from many choices. What a great idea!!!
We went for breakfast and already has a long queue. The food was really good and you can choose your own menu to mix and match. Service staff was friendly and helpful even though the place was packed. Coffee was great too.
The place is really cosy, however pretty popular so if you go there in the lunch time - you might experience some waiting time (I tried that around month ago on Sunday) This time around 14:00 I was more lucky and managed to get an...More
I went there for a breakfast with a friend. The concept is very good, you can choose and compose your own breakfast. We went on a busy weekend so we had to wait a lot. That would have been fair enough if the service was...More
We went there yesterday for having breakfast. It was very crowded and full so we had to wait outside. But that was no problem. We could still have coffee. After 30minutes we had breakfast inside and our expectations were outdone!! It was the best breakfast...More
Best brunch ever. You select different kind of little brunch items. Every bit is so delicate and taste like heaven. The coffee is amazing. Amalie, the waitress, was so helpful, kind and serviceminded. We will for sure visit this little gem again.
I really enjoyed the breakfast here! The only reason I give it 4 starts is because of the queue that comes along with it! Be prepared to wait on a weekend. The food is worth it!! The staff are ok, not over friendly.
Worth the short wait, although if you arrive and the queue is over 30 minutes I wouldn’t bother. Efficient if a little impersonal service. Food was really nice, we found 3 plates each to share was enough. Decent coffee and juices. Prices are reasonable on...More
This neighbourhood is home to Tivoli Gardens, a world famous amusement park and beautiful garden always worth a visit. Just west of Tivoli, you’ll find Copenhagen Central Station, from where you can reach just about every part of Denmark within 5 or 6 hours, or you can reach Copenhagen Airport in less than 15 minutes. Next to the Central Station, you’re in the middle of “old” Vesterbro, where several cultures and
hundreds of languages are spoken in an area not more than one square mile. This neighbourhood is considered one of the most trendy places to live in and to visit in Copenhagen. For a real treat, visit Kødbyen ("meat town"), home to several restaurants, cafés and nightclubs, all within a short walk of each other.
