The restaurant had missed our booking but managed to fit our company of seven. Clumsy but they sorted it out anyway! Not a very extensive menue, but boy! That burger was great! Very nice staff. Good atmosphere.

Started with excellent foie gras. Half-cooked and seemed as it was glazed, not sure how it was done but very good. The burger was great, so was the fish and also the mussels. The french fries were to-die-for. Desserts were equally great (creme brulee, fried camembert, and prunes with honeycake). I would definitely go back.

If you want a great steak at reasonable price this is the place to go. Perfect cooked and good quality meat. Small but very nice!

Sat at the bar and chatted with the bartender. Restaurant very popular and reservations a good idea for brunch. Food was good. Your can order 2, 4 or 6 items. The servings are not huge but they are good. Coffee also very good.

Slow to get service, had to chase for dessert menu, but once ordered the food turned up quickly. Good food and beer, well presented. Reasonably priced.

We got ripped off. They charged us 2 orders of anchovies apps (we ordered 1), 2* 1/2 liter beer (didn't ask) . We felt unwanted. It's dissapointing that Copenhagen has a place like this

Visited a little over a year ago. A lot have happened, but still the same charm. Very kind and smilling staf. A lot a locals dine here, wich gives a relaxed atmosphere. great value for money food, and a large wine variety.

Staying in Christianshavn

Neighborhood Profile
Christianshavn
Just across one of the many bridges from Indre By, you’ll find Christianshavn. An eclectic area with old brick lanes, houses dating back to the 16th century, and canals which are home to many boats and ships, some of which has been turned into restaurants or even serve as fully furnished homes. The best known attraction in Chistianshavn is Christiania, a “free town” of residents who squat on a former military area. However just a stone’s throw away from Christiania, you’ll find some of the most fashionable waterfront apartment buildings in Copenhagen as well as the splendid Royal Opera House.
