Everything excellent at this place! Food extraordinary quality. Great selection of Argentine vine. We tried red, white and desert vine. All are finest quality and taste. Service is great and patience to support you with the recommendations. Fantastic atmosphere with Argentine music in background. Traditional taste and yet new for Europe.

Went here as were looking for an evening meal in Christianshavn where we were staying. Booked online and table was waiting for us on arrival. This is always a good start in my book as many restaurants don't actually check their emails! Service as has been noted below was somewhat slow but speeded up when we fidgeted, together with an... I went there for dinner and on a cold, snowy night..the warmth of the waitress and the lovely food made me forget the cold chilling winds outside. I will definitely be coming back here for more...and if you guys do vist the place...dont forget... More

Delicious superb steak; Highly recommended ! Great ambiance, considerate staff, excellent diner. Witnessed the hostess trying to comfort some guests who tried to "occupy" a reserved table. Despite all her polite attempts and approach to satisfy these clients were in vain. Therefore compliments for the hostess.

We went to Asador with about 60 of our externaly based sales people. Normally when we go out with this big of a group we have to settle with a simple menu, busy crew and a less than ideal setting. I have to say, Asador exceeded our wildest expectations. The venue is lovely, located in a quiet street by the... More

I visited the restaurant with my girlfriend and we were immeadiately captivated by the lovely atmosphere, great service and delicious food that this place has to offer. We both ordered a 3 course menu and a bottle of the red wine of the house, witch in itself was excellent. Our waiter presented each course well and we had plenty of... More

Staying in Christianshavn

Neighborhood Profile
Christianshavn
Just across one of the many bridges from Indre By, you’ll find Christianshavn. An eclectic area with old brick lanes, houses dating back to the 16th century, and canals which are home to many boats and ships, some of which has been turned into restaurants or even serve as fully furnished homes. The best known attraction in Chistianshavn is Christiania, a “free town” of residents who squat on a former military area. However just a stone’s throw away from Christiania, you’ll find some of the most fashionable waterfront apartment buildings in Copenhagen as well as the splendid Royal Opera House.
