This restaurant is located in a nice neighborhood. The interior is simple and functional. The food is excellent - creative and delicious. The service is lackluster - friendly and polite, but no personal touch, no creativity (the same superficial joke repeated 4-5 times throughout the evening) and limited attention to detail. The full tasting menu took more than 4.5 hours,... More

When visiting top restaurants I am constantly amazed by how much flavour they can cram into a dish. Dinning in Kokkeriet is no exception. WOW. Before ordering the food you are given 5 snacks straight away. This is absolutely brilliant. No need to stuff yourself with bread before the first dish arrives. We experienced a really good service, friendly and... More

We were a party of four last week in Kokkeriet and used the possibility to have the experimental menu. It started with a fantastic selection of snacks and continued over to a 7 course menu. It was interesting to sample the old and new dishes from the menu, we had some absolute culinary highlights! Many the dishes were reinterpretations of... More

At one point somebody needed to punch me as I thought I was dreaming. From the minute you walk in the door till you are out you are treated as a king, but not in unpleasant way at all. Everything from service to food and fine is top notch. If you ever get a chance please go and visit -... More

All in. Chose the large menu with Danish caviar as add on, everything was just perfect. Loved the many dishes, all really tasteful. I was blown away with the creativity and was so happy with the wine menu as well. Can't wait to come back another time.

Last night I had the delight of eating at Kokkeriet. It was a belated birthday present for my husband from our son and his family! What a treat! The food was excellent and looked wonderful. We were lucky to have the large taster menu with some of the courses cooked by young trainee chefs, which we enjoyed. Their wine choices... More

Kokkeriet is a place with contrasts.

It is a small restaurant with big ambitions. Familiar taste in an unfamiliar context. High-flying passion with a hint of grounded reality.
It's a gastronomic choice in a different rendition of classic as well as new Danish dishes.

Kokkeriet is all four seasons. It's sprouting and succulent dishes in spring, light and elegant dishes in summer, longing and melancholic tastes in fall, and comfortable, warming dishes in winter. It is love, understanding and respect for Danish gastronomy. With a twinkle in the eye, curiosity, obstinacy and a genuine intention to serve sublime Danish food reconstructed in the best possible way.

Something we by the way are very proud of being awarded a star for in The Michelin Guide.

Kokkeriet is modern and old fashioned, innovative and traditional, decadent and minimalistic, pretentious as well as humble...

And we are looking much forward to invite you in.
