Wouw, I've gone and got myself hooked🙈 The service at Damindra is superb, you feel like your having dinner at a old friends house, and the food is to die for! This is the first review I ever wrote, but after another meal of perfection, I just had to! This is not "just" another sushi place, this is sushi level... More

We visited Damindra on a recent trip to Copenhagen, after reading the Lonely Planet guidebook's glowing recommendation. They tipped the restaurant for a Michelin star in the next few years. Although not awful, we certainly had a different experience, it was like we were eating a different restaurant. We opted for the set sushi menu at 398 Kr (~£45 each),... More

I had the grill menu and it was quite nice. The king crab was superb, the tenderloin was a good second and the rest was nice, too. The service was generally very good, although the main waiter's presence was a little bit too much felt. The red wine was ok, but not great. The maki and sushi menus also looked... More

Went to Damindra with my wife on a friday night. My wife loves sushi and had the set sushi menu. I don't eat it sushi so I went for the grill menu instead. Both menus were 5 courses. The first course on the grill menu, scallop cooked in sake, is one of the tastiest dishes I've ever had. Absolutely divine... More

They basiclly offer two fixed menus 390 kor and 750 kor min 2 persons.Be careful because the price for the second menu is per person .

Amazing food - not just the sushi but everything else really - particularly the cocktails and desserts which we always leave room for - even after a full chef's menu! We travel to Copenhagen quite often - perhaps about 10 times last year and Damindra is the only place we always go to. In fact, if we need an excuse... More

I went here with my boyfriend on a romantic night out.. We started with the house cocktail, which was served in big beautiful glasses! Tasted so good we ordered another one :-) For the food we chose the chefs menu... That took us through a number of different dishes, all of them colorful masterpieces with a taste that take you... I must say, we have been here a few times and every time we have been impressed by their service and level of food, every dish is a new taste wonder and a bit of heaven. but a little warning if you do not like seafood or shellfish then you need to avoid this place as it is a fish... More

Cousy, special and excellent food. A big step away from standard sushi restaurants, creative and brave. Service was excellent. Will go back
