After a long day of walking tours dinner at Chicky was just what we needed. Awesome food, great beer and a very warm welcome for non locals. I would highly recommend a meal here to round off your trip to Copenhagen.
This is a locals type of place. Danish comfort food, so pretty simple. It tastes great. The service is a bit weird (or at least as a foreigner I wasn't so sure how to go about ordering), but the person at the counter eventually helped...More
We were wandering about the Meat Packing District trying to decide where to go for authentic Danish food and stopped here for a drink to make a decision. We looked at the menu but it was in Danish, however a nice local translated it for...More

This neighbourhood is home to Tivoli Gardens, a world famous amusement park and beautiful garden always worth a visit. Just west of Tivoli, you’ll find Copenhagen Central Station, from where you can reach just about every part of Denmark within 5 or 6 hours, or you can reach Copenhagen Airport in less than 15 minutes. Next to the Central Station, you’re in the middle of “old” Vesterbro, where several cultures and
hundreds of languages are spoken in an area not more than one square mile. This neighbourhood is considered one of the most trendy places to live in and to visit in Copenhagen. For a real treat, visit Kødbyen ("meat town"), home to several restaurants, cafés and nightclubs, all within a short walk of each other.
