I was on my own so it was no trouble getting a table. The food was great, and the staff couldn't have been nicer. The quirkiness of the area adds to the flair of the place.

This cafe offers a variety of simple dishes. I have eaten breakfast and brunch here many times. The breakfast is a simple buffet with everything you need (bread, spreadings, boiled egg, yoghurt etc) . It is really cheap (55kr). You need to pay separately for coffee. The brunch works like this; you choose between a variety of dishes. 3-5 of... More

We met the lovely manager in July who looked after us very well :) He made us some delicious cocktails, and told us many hilarious stories about Denmark and Copenhagen! Thank you!

We came here on a Friday afternoon, on recommendation from a guide book. Like other reviewers, the service was extremely slow, but being in holiday mode we let that slide. When eventually they arrived, our hamburgers were generous in size but woeful in taste (to the point I wondered if the sauce was off, and whether we might get sick).... More

Headed up to this end of town and it started to rain, we had seen this place in the guide books so headed there. It's not the most glamorous of locations on a rainy Sunday afternoon and we've had better burgers (although the chips were yummy). If you are in this part of town then why not but don't make... They made us wait 20 min for simple beers and we had to walk 200 meters to atm because they don't take cards

On a big square there are a couple of nice places to sit outside on the terrace. We chose this restaurant/ cafe for a drink because of the name. The staff was good and friendly.

We stopped here on the way back from Hans Christian Andersen Grave. We only went in for a couple of drinks. Staff were really friendly, atmosphere was buzzing. Really glad we stopped here.

Great location. Poor food. Amateur undermanned staff. You get the feeling that the place is mostly about pouring beers in the sun.

Staying in Inner Noerrebro

Neighborhood Profile
Inner Noerrebro
Located just north of The Lakes, this neighbourhood is a melting pot of small quirky clothing stores, dozens of pizzerias and eateries of all types, a street almost entirely devoted to antiques, several microbreweries and even a couple of Michelin starred restaurants. Here you’ll also find Assistens Cemetery which is an ecclectic mix of tombstones as well as a recreational park and where you will find the tombstones of famous Danes, such as writer Hans Christian Anderson and physicist Niels Bohr. Inner Noerrebro is also home to one af the most popular theatres in Copenhagen, called Noerrebro Theatre. It shows both popular musicals and plays, as well as productions of a more experimental nature.
