The service is really friendly and the food is unpretentious but tasty. The true gem is actually its bread, which is freshly baked every day. - I will unceremonial crown as the best bread in Copenhagen.... Visit the place for great French food and a...wonderful atmosphereMore

Even with the restrictions in place, we still enjoyed the excellent atmosphere, and Je t'aime was clearly the right place for a good dinner party (of 5). We had some lovely rosé champagne, and their ciders are absolutely outstanding and totally worth the high price....The food was very good too - especially at the price. The tartar was silky smooth, the fallow deer dense with flavour and the pear tart just perfectly balanced. The cheese board is brilliant too. Great experience.More

Nice bistro and restaurant (out side service however only in summer time), good wine list and menu - had truffle risotto - nicely cocked and with cabbage (some more rice and less cabbage would have been nice..). Service somewhat slow, but perhaps because we arrived...(very) early. Could be back.More

We were four people and all agreed that the four servings menu was perfect. The servings were added with two small tasters and nice homemade bread. We got good wines and finished up with double espressos. The ladies serving us was very nice and got...us thru the evening perfect so we reached the movie later in good time. We’ll be back!More

What a pleasant surprise this restaurant was. The food (cod/cabillaud, mussels/moules) was excellent. The service was super friendly and the overall atmosphere very pleasant.

Easy part first, the food is OK, nothing special, for the price OK! But the service.... Forgot the wine , and the water. Ordered the menu, no presentation of food or wine. Was not able to take a simple order of a coffee and avec...afterwards. On this evening no one spoke Danish, one out of two was not able to communicate in English. Just not good enough in an area with so many other possibilities.More

It's the best food we ever had in Copenhagen. The French-style Ribeye was fine in consistency and served with an excellent sauce. The mussels also came with an excellent sauce. The whole lunch was served in a relaxed atmosphere and at a very good price/performance...ratio.More

We enjoy visiting Je t'aime from time to time, when in this part of town. It is relaxed place with a cozy Copenhagen atmosphere plus a little bit of Paris charm. Food is always well prepared although with variations in excellence. The service is polite...but not always that fast or professional. Last visit they charged us for two items we did not have, including two bottles (!) of wine for two persons (we had one). Surely no ill intentions, mistakes were corrected. Prices are OK, not super cheap. Anyway we will surely be back because of the unique mood.More
