When you arrive at the restaurant, the atmosphere is relaxed and cosy. The service is in the good end of the scale an prices are what you can expect when you have seafood in Copenhagen.
The meal itself was outstanding and I can highly recommend the menu with starter, main course and dessert.
I will happily go back to this place

We decided to come here for some seafood while in Denmark. On arrival we were shown to our table and found the place place was extremely busy and quite loud to be honest. It was at a level where we'd have to raise our voices at each other over the table to be heard. This is not a bad thing necessarily as I did not want an extremely formal dining experience. The atmosphere seemed fun and lively.
We ordered multiple small dishes off a set seafood menu that the waitress informed us of. There were 2 courses of multiple smaller dishes we had. I'd recommend asking about this because had the waitress not told us that what we originally ordered was on a set menu, we'd have paid nearly 1/3 more for the individual dishes.
We ordered oysters, ceviche, prawns, tiger prawns, mussels and scallops. These come with sides or vegetables and fries. Alongside 2 glasses of wine, the bill came to 110GBP or 129EUR. A really nice meal, but would probably try a different seafood restaurant to compare if I was back in Copenhagen.
The reason for the 4 stars. Loud and a little cramped.

Wonderful, friendly wait staff keep pace in a busy vibrant restaurant that is clearly popular. Oysters and Grill came highly recommended by our hotel so we decided to have dinner one night to see what all the hype was about. The dishes were tasty (Argentinian prawns, Tuna tartare, Sea bass), but simple in complexity and flavor, and presentation. The Tuna tartare was the most flavorful of the dishes. It was served on a bed of avocado “guacamole” but unfortunately was more avocado than Tuna tartare. The Sea bass was paired with a very plain salad and a small bowl of French fries - nothing to write home about. The finishing touch was a bill that matched the restaurant’s popularity, but far exceeded the fare served. Unlikely to return.

Fabulous dinner with my husband, we were impressed by the quality of the food and unfortunately they close the kitchen early by 10pm or we would of ordered more food. We ate here on the first night of our holiday and been from Italy we came at 9pm not realising people eat early here.
The Oysters and scallops were very good. We had the mixed fish platter which was great.

This was my second restaurant visit after restaurants were allowed to open again, and we wanted to go to a place to celebrate. And Oysters always delivers on that. The seafood is still simple & delicious, and the wine is still good.
The ceviche and the squid in particular are gorgeous, and the oysters - well - they take like they were just picked out of the sea.
The only thing missing is that their margaritas lack some flavour (salt, it's the salt)

Honestly not worth a visit. I found it to be overpriced for what they served. We had a birthday party of 7 people here and while the staff made it seem like they were gonna take extra good care of us, the service just fell flat. Their portions are tiny but their prices are high. We paid 4000 kroner and I think at least half of us left still hungry. 5 people had the ribeye and 2 people had the moules frites. They brought us two small bowls of fries to share with the entire table. When we asked for more they informed us that if we wanted another two bowls they would charge us for 7 servings of fries, absolutely insane. It was pretty clear that had two people been dining there, they’d have a bowl to share so how 7 people were meant to share 2 is just beyond me. I found them to be stingy in general and not accommodating. We didn’t hate our food but found it to be average and for the price there are much better spots in Copenhagen.

I was really looking forward to the seafood and fish, but overall the evening was mixed and somewhat disappointing. Although everything was fresh and delicious, it was also incredibly expensive (by German standards) and the portions were small, so the quantity of food we ordered was limited due to the price and we left the restaurant a little hungry, despite the bill being over 130 euros for two people. What a pity.

A seafood focused place of the Cofoco family, it offers set menus and also a la carte. The place was very busy when we came and the service staff was a bit overwhelmed. Slow to come with drinks, forgot the water... and then asked us to leave because our time was up (a normal practice, but this time partly due to the slow service). Food quality was good, but not excellent.

My wife and I had an amazing meal here recently. We appreciated the casual, cozy atmosphere and wonderful service from our waitress, who provided great wine recommendations. The moussels were tasty, as were the mixed seafood appetizer (especially the ceviche) and the steak tartare. Strong recommend!!!

I am a foodie so I know my food. I have origins in the areas around the Mediterranean - Aegean seas so I know my seafood very well. My experience at O&G was fabulous. The quality of seafood was as good as that you get at tavernas on Greek islands in the Aegean. The big difference between the traditionally prepared seafood in the Aegean and your restaurant, of course, is the touch of new Nordic cuisine, which brings together cuisines from around the world. I had oysters, ceviche, grilled prawns, scallops, mussels. Enjoyed every bit of it and your delicious homemade bread. Will talk very highly of your restaurant and recommend it to my traveler foodie friends. Thank you so much for all the care that goes into the food you serve.

Oyster and Grill is cramped, noisy, a little expensive . . . but is so worth it. Staff are very accommodating – despite no reservation, they managed to squeeze us in. The wine selection is very good, the seafood was delicious, and the desert menu is worth leaving some space for.

The restaurant staff was very pleasant and professional. Our multi plated dinner was delicious. We started with 4 to 5 appetizer type dishes, followed by 4 or 5 dinner type dishes. Everything was wonderfully delicious. I look forward to returning again soon.

Ok food, but not a lot of it. A bit overpriced for the quality and quantity we got, even for Copenhagen standards.
The worst however was the ambience: it was cold and noisy, and the lighting was not cozy at all, it felt like being in a crowded supermarket.
And then the waitress was so rude when it was our time to leave, she was almost literally kicking us out! For a 2500 DKK meal, the least one would expect is a decent treatment.
In short, I cannot recommend this place.

Good place for seafood in Nørrebro! Menu is great. Service a bit slow and not that tentative. White wine was warm even if asked. Nice benches outside if nice weather.

Banquet after half marathon. Great food. Good oysters and maybe the best steak (I got entrecôte/ribeye) I've tasted. Lovely grill flavor, perfectly fried, light and fine, tasty. Highly recommended. Accessories also exquisite. Thank you.

Inner Noerrebro
Located just north of The Lakes, this neighbourhood is a melting pot of small quirky clothing stores, dozens of pizzerias and eateries of all types, a street almost entirely devoted to antiques, several microbreweries and even a couple of Michelin starred restaurants. Here you’ll also find Assistens Cemetery which is an ecclectic mix of tombstones as well as a recreational park and where you will find the tombstones of famous Danes, such as writer Hans Christian Anderson and physicist Niels Bohr. Inner Noerrebro is also home to one af the most popular theatres in Copenhagen, called Noerrebro Theatre. It shows both popular musicals and plays, as well as productions of a more experimental nature.
