Great service, tasty food and well-paired wine. We went on a Saturday date-night and had the three course meal with a flight of wine. Way beyond our expectations - especially the starters were excellent. We had cheese instead of dessert, which we were was very good. Portions were extremely generous! Could easily have gone with 3-4 x starters and one... More

While we enjoyed the food at Brasserie Degas (the mains and puddings were both excellent) the wine list is not all that it claims to be. I ordered a bottle of Château de Beaucastel Châteauneuf-du-Pape 2013, which as the wine list says, recieved 96 points fom Robert Parker (The wine advocate). However, the wine served was the much lesser Famille... More

We went on a Sunday night so maybe not the best time to test the chef. Very sweet, attentive (little too much at times) waiter. Food pretty good but not amazing. Worth a visit if you crave some decent French cooking.

Honestly, it is very difficult to find a good restaurant in Copenhagen! Not only because of its food and service quality, it is something about worth of money! My husband and I had a wonderful night here. The French food are so delicious and authentic, even more the price here is really reasonable comparing those I had in city centre!... More

A little out of the way from the middle of town ( but still walking distance), the place is worth the trip, especially if you wish for a quiet atmosphere. I read a few critics here regarding rudness and service so I was anxious, but our waiter was attentive but not overbearing. The fois gras was good, the duck, excellent... More

I ate at this restaurant after reading reviews on trip advisor, it doesn't disappoint. The service is really good and the staff are very welcoming. I had the steak for main, and the chocolate fondant for desert. The steak was really enjoyable, but the desert was amazing! They also presented us with a selection of sweet treats with our coffee... Great French restaurant serving excellent dishes. All dishes were absolutely incredible. The foie gras, the fish, the duck was cooked to perfection. The service is excellent in a very casual atmosphere. It is worth it. Great place!

This is a very nice place, with a inspired chef creating dishes inspired by his Asian heritage and bleding with other more traditional cooking techinics. Is not a high end palce like Noma, but you will not be deceived.

Me and my girlfriend visited this restaurant together. We had fish soup as starter and duck as a main. Both tasted good. For dessert the chocolate fondant with pistachio was excellent! The waiter was serviceminded and polite. Overall a good experience.

Airy, spacious, welcoming staff and great food. Good prices, not touristy but near to Central Station and various hotels.

Staying in Frederiksberg

Neighborhood Profile
Frederiksberg
Located between Noerrebro and Vesterbro you’ll find Frederiksberg, which is actually a municipality in itself but completely surrounded by Copenhagen. Here there are several fine theaters, from the experimental to the great Det Ny Teater (The New Theater) which specializes in transcribing the great London and New York musicals into Danish, and has done so for several years with huge success. In Frederiksberg you’ll find Denmark’s most beautiful (and expensive) city villas. These 4-5 square miles form the Beverly Hills of Copenhagen. Here you’ll also find Frederiksberg Have (Garden) which sports huge outdoor concerts, from classical to electronic dance music. To top it off, dining options range from cozy family restaurants to some of the area’s most trendy cafés.
