Copenhagen is really expensive, and it's hard to find somewhere nice to eat under 100kr. However, we were able to have a nice meal here for under 100kr each. It's right next to the University and has a school-cafe vibe, but there is plenty of seating, and my partner and I had a nice meal there.

The place I visit every time I go to Copenhagen. A great atmosphere, good coffee, delicious cakes and a wonderful bookstore downstairs. The cheese plate on the menu is very good - and absolutely big enough.

Visited twice already on our trip and have enjoyed both times! The tomato soup, vegetarian brunch and the baked potatoes were great, but wouldn't really recommend the vegetarian lasagna. Massive portions and very busy, but very affordable for copenhagen

We shared the herring platter which was excellent then had a burger each. Very good. Washed down with a good bottle of Rose, All reasonably priced. Will go again next time we... More

Saturday lunchtime leading up to Christmas was certainly not the best time to visit as this restaurant was sooooo busy! They have no system in place for allocating tables and they only accept bookings for large groups so you had to pounce on an available table before someone else grabbed it. However, the wait was worth it as the food... More

We had to queue. Good sign! Then ordered and were warned that portions are huge. Two tomato soups and the herring platter to share and they were not wrong!!! Great food, lovely atmosphere, we'll be back!
