We were 4 adults with 4 small children We had a few starters, pasta with snails and steaks; they were all delicious. The meat was very much, a bit salty though. It was a day with nice weather and the kids could play outdoors on the square

Wonderul Italian restaurant in a converted bodega. Excellent food, helpful and cheerful service. I've been three times now and have never been disapointed. Even better in the summer when you can sit outside on Victor Borges Plads.

The bread is perfect! We´ve been several times over the years. My wife even more often. Good atmosphere, but the dishes are more ordinary compared to other Italien restaurants in Copenhagen. My fish had been frosen. Service and wine was good - again.

Found this place online and decided to try it out as we were just visiting and did not know the area. What a pleasant surprise! We felt very welcome and the staff did an excellent job accommodating us and everyone else. The food was fabulous and we finished off with an excellent selection of cheeses and wine. So good! I... I am lucky to live nearby this lovely local restaurant. Went a couple of days ago with family - the people in our party were from 10 to 70 years old, and we all loved it! The bread and oil that was put on our table was some of the best I had ever had. The menu is not very... More

found ficcher difficult to find, but glad we persisted--delicious plain lunch, two dinners-the first when it was heaving with locals-n-excellent home baked breads, reasonable wine list, and good fish. the second dinner followed a private wedding, a good steak and rabbit. the owner was charming and helpful, not a regular find in copenhagen. we'd recommend it

Hit Fischer on a Sunday, hoping to find a cosy local and cosy local it was! Some of the best Italian food I have tasted, bar none. Washed down with some good wine and nice local beer. Followed up a heavy meal by insisting the barman leave me to make the after dinner cocktails, they were amazing. Will head back... More

Fischer is an unassuming neighborhood restaurant with fantastic Italian cuisine. The menu is limited but everything is delicious. Service is good, almost friendly, and the prices are reasonable for what you get. We greatly enjoyed our meal at FIscher!

Neighborhood Profile
Outer Oesterbro
Fælledparken continues into Outer Oesterbro, where Parken (Denmark's national soccer stadium) is located. In the middle of Outer Oesterbro you’ll find Østre Gasværk, which is a popular theatre located in an old (brick-wall) gas cylinder. Travel to the easternmost part of Outer Oesterbro to reach Nordhavn, a harbour area where most of the development is over water, showcasing Copenhagen's constant development. Nordhavn is home to the UN City and to pricey penthouse apartments which, on a clear day, can see all the way to Sweden.
