Original Italian pizzas baked in wood oven but still not fully baked crust ! That’s a shame! All ingredients are very good but the pizza baking lacks attention and care. The restaurant is only serving espresso coffee as it doesn’t use milk? Also a shame...as not everyone can drink strong black coffee.More

Great pizzas but horrible service. We ordered 3 pizzas as takeaway several hours in advance. When we arrived we still had to wait 40 minutes before the pizzas were ready. We were offered a refund for 1 pizza to the card used to prepay to...compensate us but never received the money.More

First of all, the pizzas didn't look anything like the pictures. And that wasn't just because some of the toppings were missing. The dough was inedible. We took two bites and threw the rest out. It was flat, dry and tasted like old bread that...had been baked last week. Not to mention our order was 1 hour late, because the restaurant had forgotten our order. First and last time I try this restaurant.More

Without doubt the best pizza in Aarhus and a really nice and cosy little place. Prices are very fair considering the quality. After visiting this place, pizza from other places in Aarhus is just not worth eating.

Visiting Aarhus, we vent for walk in the Frederiksbjerg neigbourhood - when we stumbled on Propria - a very busy restaurant - but the friendly service managed to find a seat, take our orders with the famous Aarhus smile. Food and especially wine at resonable...prices - food and service quality was way above what we expected at this price point - don’t miss the oppotunity to visit the kitchen in order to see the Wood fired owen and have chat with the chefsMore

- Firstly the service could be greatly improved. Our waitress wasn't present, she was unwelcoming and inhospitable. It seemed as if the waitress was going out of her way to serve us dinner. - The menus are 'just' re-used A4 pieces of paper. - There...was zero ambiance/atmosphere due to the lack of music, which is a crucial element in the hospitality industry. You could hear the pizza flour hit the floor, it was so quiet. Whilst travelling through italy and eating a fair amount of Neapolitan pizza, i personally came to become a fan of using the "olio pepperoncino" (chilli oil) that is commonly placed on the table alongside chilli flakes. Considering I was sharing a pizza with a girl friend who does not like spice, I kindly asked if I could please have some chilli. The waitress rudely replied "italians don't put chilli on their pizza- if you want chilli you could've ordered the Nduja pizza" being understanding, I asked if i could please have a side of nduja. The waitress replied "If you want nduja it has to go on the pizza and in the oven". Having eaten nduja many times not in the oven I was confused and just accepted that no chilli was going to be available to heighten my pizza experience. Furthermore, - The Burrata Insalata was underwhelming. The Burrata itself was firm on the inside, rather than ooze out like a traditional Burrata. -The wine menu was very strong, however a corkage fee of 150dkk was unfortunately an extreme turn-off. The only wine that was served by the glass was a house wine. More than one option, in my opinion would increase the amount of people ordering alcohol. Leaving on a positive note, if you would like great pizza, with a tasty, dense, wood-fired crust and flavoursome topping, order a TAKE-AWAY at Pizza Propria!! Please take this as constructive criticism . Thank you.More

Great pizza made in stone oven with great ingredients, one of the best in town. But It's a small place, so it's recommended to reserve a table.

Heard a lot of good stuff about this place and it is a really cool spot. Tiny but great atmosphere. The pizza was good, but its crust was a tiny bit soggy which explains the 4 out of 5. The wine list however is the...best for any pizza place in Aarhus. All natural wines. Will be back.More

Best pizza in Århus by far. Eaten from there may times and I haven't been let down ever. Some find it expensive, but the quality is exceptional - so I think the pricing is very fair.

We were looking for a nice little place to have pizza close to where we were staying and went to this Pizza shop. Ok Prices and a nice selection of different Pizzas, also more pizzas than just the standard ones :-)

I have visited Pizza Propria several times throughout the past year - sometimes alone and sometimes with friends or family - and I don't even live close to Aarhus! At Pizza Propria, the atmosphere is happy and casual and it reminds me of stepping into...a small family owned pizzeria in Italy. With every pizza I have had at the restaurant it has become more and more clear to me how much time must have gone into choosing the right raw materials and combinations - they are DELICIOUS! So are the wines that the place has to offer. This place gives you the best value-for-money, you can get! LOVE IT!More

We have been at this place on a Thursday night quite close to the closure time. Pizza was great, I was not going to expect it. The place is not immediately in the city centre, but is worthy the walk.

This is one of my favorite pizza spots in Aarhus city. Real Italian pizza for a descent price. Must visit.

Looking for food in Aarhus (we are not very good at deciding), so went to the nearest pizzeria to our airb'n'b and struck lucky. Everything seemed to shut at 9pm, so we slipped in at 8.15 and were warmly greeted with the the embarrassing brilliance...of our hosts English. We had a Napolitana pizza (which comes with no cheese, but a great base) and a Diavola pizza, which was as spicy as it should have been. Good food. Washed down with a bottle of the house Sandio Aglicanico, very tasty. The meal came to 320 Danish kroner, which is not expensive in Denmark, and we took half a pizza home. Great place.More

Hands down, the best pizza place in Aarhus. Pizza is the only thing they serve (besides dessert) and it's the best. There's even soppressata available! Go here for pizza!!!
