Good restaurant with the best view of the island! Even if it needs lots of courage as you will need to go up more than 100 stairs at the end you understand how much is worth it. We just ate a few appetisers: one tomato...and cheese pie, manouri with honey and sesame, courgette meatballs, aubergines stuffed with feta cheese and peppers stuffed with different cheeses. At the end they treated us a traditional dessert with fig. Every night they have live music.More

Giorgos Xintaris with his sons and Giorgos Anagnostou offered us a great evening playing bouzouki and singing Greek laiko and rempetiko. Excellent service, friendly stuff, tasteful dishes. Consider making a reservation before climbing the stairs since the place was fully booked. Arrive early before dark...to enjoy the view.More

Visited on a velvety warm evening with friend who lives in Skopelos My friend, a local, described the dishes So I tried several new ones for me Tzatziki, pumpkin balls and fava ( a sort of split pea dish ) The waiting safe were friendly,...View wonderful with the sound of lapping waves below. A sudden short power cut and everything blacked apart from the glowing lights of flickering torches. We had to leave soon after the rebetiko started but I shall be back next year. Be careful on steep steps down. I slipped but luckily was holding the wooden rail. Oh and table reservation essential.More

This place offers the best view in the city. The Greek mezes were delicious. However the highlight of the night was the band of xyntaras which was singing rebetiko music!

The only thing this place is worth visiting for is the view! The anticipation grows the further you ascend the steps nestled in between churches and town houses. You finally reach the top and WOW!! some of the most gorgeous views of Skopelos town and...harbour. In the restaurant you are met by table after table with reserved signs and thinking this is going to be amazing. We find our reserved table and then our opinion changes. Dirty grubby wine jugs, abrupt and VERY QUICK service. Appetisers and mains all served together. Lots of bangs and clattering of crockery and cutlery in the process. Food is ok. Nothing worth telling you about and certainly nothing that we felt worth the hike. I think all those reserved tables are in for a disappointment. In and out within 20mins. Anatolia, with its spectacular views has the potential to be somewhere very special but lacks that care and attention to detail. Would not return!.More

The location is amazing. You have a view of the sea from the top of the castle. (You should know there are a lot of stairs, but still good place). The food was well cooked but not big portions. Prices normal for "tourist areas". it...was a bit expensive for what we ordered. You pay the view and the music.More

We were recommended to go here by our hotel manager on Skiathos. The food is good but the main reason to go is the amazing view across Skopelos town bay. Walk to the end of the port towards the sea wall. Just before the end...you will see some steps up to the left. Take these and keep climbing! There is the occasional spray painted sign to point you in the right direction. We treated the menu like Greek tapas so got about 6 or 7 dishes to share between 4 of us for dinner which was plenty. The Dakos of Crete was delicious (seemed to be a Greek version of brushetta) and the meatballs were yum. Don't be tempted by the fennel patties - VERY oily. Service could have been a bit more attentive and friendly and once the music started at 10.30pm no one came over to see if we wanted anything else. Prices are very reasonable. When we left we walked back down through the lovely little streets of the town instead of back down the steps - if you pick the right way you might even end up at the roof top bar! Go to Anatolia at least once on your holiday.More

Live Rebetica music after 10.30 PM and good traditional food. Great views to the town and see at the top of the town.

Great views , simple island food, 1/2 kg local wine, (dry muscatel i think) and live bozuki. It doesn’t get better. Thank you
