We went there with a couple of friends an August night. We had made a reservation because during August the place is packed. Despite the fact that at night you don't see much of the view, the place is wonderful with a nice vibe. The food is a bit expensive but it doesn't matter since there is live music after almost... Some reviews say the service was poor. I was there with a bunch of greeks and had very punctual service. The location is stellar. They have greek musicians every night. Not too loud. Incredible ambience and views. The food - superb. Eggplant salad. Grilled octopus (tender and terrific). Chicken in sauce. "pumpkin patties". (really zucchini patties), of course greek salad.... I went earlier that day to the restaurant and booked a table for the evening, more precisely at 22.30. We arrived to the restaurant a couple of minutes after the designated time and was shown to our table by one of the waiters. The place was completely packed with guests. We sat down and listened to the live music performance.... More

We went the long way up the 200+ steps from, the end of Skopelos port to get to Anatolia. Mainly to get the view and to catch the late evening sun,at the end of a cloudy day. Food was second on the list, but it was great. We ordered 2 starters ,,and we thought 2 pf the same main course "pork... More

This place is difficult to reach by walk and is often crowded in August but it totally worth a try! Excellent view, nice music and tasty food...

The lovely Dimitra at Hotel Ionia recommended this place, perched at the top of the old town of Skopelos. It was quite tricky to find but it was SO worth it: spectacular views of the sea at sunset and a very cosy atmosphere. The tables are all al fresco so you want to be careful: the night we went it... There are two ways to get here. If you are not so hungry and want to work up an appetite then walk up the million stairs next to the chapel at the end of the port. (Not recommended in the day at the height of summer as you may die from exhaustion or dehydration). If you are hungry or don't... More
