We visited for lunch, and experienced very polite, attending and service minded staff. I.e. when we were almost done unwrapping the scrimps, the waiters was ready with wet wipes, and continually making sure the used dishes were removed - but always with a smile and...never being intrusive.
BTW At last a restaurant serving tagliatelle seafood in creamy sauce ;-)
Worth the visit, a fair price.More
Four ordered Tuna salad, when it came it was enormous, there was a huge piece of Tuna, we all enjoyed it. One thing that let it down was the service, our waiter was rather indifferent and we had a long wait before the food arrived....The views over the harbour are very pretty.More
The restaurant is located on the deck with a good scenery. We tried stuffed zucchini flowers, cheese sagganaci and stuffed calamari. The former two were average but the calamari was very good. The service was fast and the staff was friendly. The prices are okay...but bear in mind that you get charged for everything (eg. bread).More
This amazing fish tavern is owned by a very hospitable young couple, Nicky and Nicos, who take their work very seriously indeed! You will find it in what used to be the old Customs House of the picturesque fishing village called Skala Symaminias, right in...the centre of the beautiful little harbour where locals keep their boats.
You will go there again and again to taste their super fresh and delicious sea food and drink the most amazing and well chilled dry white wine ( Moschofylero) in Greece!More
I visited this tavern with my wife last week. We ordered some common mezedes and a small bottle of ouzo. The dinnes generally was moderate but their prices extremely high in comparison with the common prices in the island. For exampe a small portion of...frozen calamari costs 12 euros!!!!
Ask for prices before take something or better choose other tavern in skala.More
