Was suggested by a friend. Very nice service and polite staff. Food quality is more than good. Prices are normal. Good location and access.

We randomly found Zythos in Ladadika and we decided to give it a try. We ordered the saganaki which was interesting, the fries with the feta sauce and oregano (fries were very good, but didn't really like the feta sauce) and for main dishes we had the Hunkar Begendi (had better in other tavernas in Greece) and the pork belly... Good location. Very expensive and small plates with unreasonable small portions. We saw on the menu octapus on grill costing 10.90 and assumed that is a perfect plate. Instead we got 1 octapus leg per portion.Paid left hungry and went to another tavern to eat. Never again

Nice environment, nice food, excellent value for money. I prefer seating inside, since it is more traditional. Charechterless outside.

Situated in the quaint cobblestone street neighborhood of Ladadyka in the heart of the city and a block from the sea, this is one of the better tavernas in the area, though prices are a bit higher than some. Servers speak English and are very friendly and accommodating, the menu is quite extensive. We had horyatiki, fried calamari, sausages with... More

The good: service, location, atmosphee. The bad: food, prices. Nothing special about the food and way too expensive for what you get. You are better off having gyros at one of the places on Aristotelous.

I visited Zythos for the second time after my first visit four years ago and I was not disappointed. The food was delicious and it is located in the busiest district of the city with the most popular bars and restaurants.

Absolutely the most worst food I ever taste. The restaurant is in a nice spot in a old neighbor . But unfortunately the food is nothing with the greek tavern, we could eat nothing .they server frozen food made it in a very bed way. So bed food no one can imagine.

Dear Plazzab, I usually do not respond to reviews on tripadvisor but I had to make an exception in your case. Just to let you know, you visited (if you really visited our restaurant) a multi-award winning restaurant (not a Tavern) of Thessaloniki (with various local, European and global awards) and what you are describing is really far from the...
