Our short stay in Thessaloniki only alowed us to enjoy a single dinner and this place surpassed all our expectations. Even after 14 years of visiting Greece I have no words to describe how good the food, drinks and service were. The live music was...a very nice touch to our evening at the Ouzeri, ευχαριστω πολι and we will be back 100%!More

Small “traditional” restaurant, very difficult to move around when crowded. Unhelpful and, occasionally rude, waiters. Service was very slow. Food portions small and not very tasty. House wine mediocre, bottled wine expensive. Owner very unprofessional when approached for complaints. Music unacceptably loud for such a...small place. Will, definitely, not return for a second visit.More

Basic but very welcoming restaurant. Good food made from fresh ingredients and with lit of attention. Far from the city center and from tourists makes it attractive to people who loves authentic places. We enjoyed our meal

We came to visit the beautiful Castle and then we went there to eat in this restaurant. But we couldnt because we stayed 20 minutes waiting for being served. Nobody came even to bring us the menu, although we asked for it. So we didn’t...receive a minimal attention. However, we left this place, so we cant judge the cook..More

We visited this place on October, 28th (national public holiday in Greece), so maybe this is one of the reason the situation was that bad. We ordered almost half hour after we had arrived, we ate 1 hour after we had ordered and the main...dishes arrived much earlier than the salads and chips, so we had our salad about 2 and a half hours after we had arrived there. The portions were small and the food was very basic compared to other spots in the city where the prices are the same or even lower. Plus, there was not any apologies for any of these. Very disappointing.More

We found this place after coming out of the prison and it was jam packed full of Greek families who were ringing and dancing and eating. We had to wait 20 minutes for a table. The food was great but the atmosphere is what is...really special. The owner, George, sat with us and drank a whiskey with us. He’s so lovely. Our meal there was the highlight of our 3 days in the city. Thank you Georgios!!!!!More

It's a traditional tavern located in the highest part of Thessaloniki. I enjoyed so much the homemade delicious meze, the kindness and hospitality of Giorgos the owner and his daughter, the wine and the whole atmosphere. I promised to the owner that I will come...back to listen to live music in his tavern! It was one of the best lunch I had in Thessaloniki. Efharisto! See you next year! AleksandraMore
