I visited this restaurant with a friend on a busy night, but we managed to find a table indoors. The staff was very helpful and friendly, the menu has an interesting variety of options in burgers, beyond the classic/common ones. The atmosphere feels cozy, the decoration is nice, and the place is clean; same with the restroom.
There are tables on the ground floor, on a level above, and on a level below, and also outdoors.
I have been there twice and I will revisit.

Nice burgeraki tasty and filling.
Ingredients very good as well as the fries super.
A little back to the salads (I think choosing the best Caesar sauce on the market would give the salad 5 stars as well.

Im a traveller and so far it was the best burger i ever tried , good quality of food , rich meny . And especially excellent service . Espeacially thanks to the staff manager lady (didnt learn her name) cz she replaced my food after i accidentally threw it on the ground and gave me some wet napkins to clean my self up . Highly recomended

Dining at a popular burger spot turned out to be so disappointing; we left both hungry and broke this time…
The burgers appear unappetizing, and there's an additional cost of 1.90 for the side of fries! The chicken nuggets portion is comparable to the children’s menu, so adults may need an additional order. The sweet potato fries advertised as 'a portion for two' might require a picture to truly capture its size!
Are you contemplating adding a charge for ketchup as well?

Last night I had the chance to dine at Kalamaria store, when I realized after having more than my half Tomas Jefferson that the burger was not grilled appropriately. Disgusting experience honestly especially when I heard from the person in charge that this is the standard way of grilling the burger. He was totally lieing because I order so often from my office and never had a burger that red…the reason I am writing is because it’s 4 o clock am and still after 9 hours I woke up and feel stomach sick ready to have it all out…in fact I remember that the service informed me that the burgers have at least a15 minute grill for the standard grill which in my occasion was a lie because I ordered at 7:32 and was served at 7:42 … and I can’t imagine why that rush in an empty place at the time being…. Disgusting experience honestly…

Omg by far the worst food you can have.
Salad was cool
But the burger was awful ! Frozen cheap meat.
The breaded chicken was the cheapest breaded chicken that we have ever seen.
Suchhhh a shame as we were so hyped by their pictures !!!

Probably one of the worst burgers I've ever eaten in my life! The shop looks very promising from the outside, but in the end the quality of the products they serve is very low! Without exaggeration, the burger tasted like anything but beef!

It was Friday evening, when we reached Thesaloniki's city centre, hungrily creeping for food.
A couple of lads studying there introduced us to this place and its menu. My personal choice, resulting from a fiends recommendation, was "Hero Cheeseburger". It was quite fresh when it comes to the mince and the bacon slides of the burger, although not that juicy based on my standards. Quite interesting was the size and the weight (180 gr) which was value for money when it comes to its price (6 €). My pals both ordered an "ONASIS burger" and they devoured it hungrily.
Will visit again and will try "EL MACHO" and "The Duke" of the Premium Burgers.

I’ve been a customer here for more than 5 years. This is the only time I’ve eaten a meal from BiW and been disappointed. We ordered our regular picks via phone call and they arrived after about 40 minutes. The bread was very bad, kinda like Play Doh clay really. I pried it with my finger and the bread didn’t even move back to its original position. Moving on to other things, the “handmade veggie burger” (I highly doubt that) was also very bad, tasting a bit like rubber and and very bad veggies combined. The overall appearance of the veggie burger is also totally not what I expected. I can’t really describe it so well, so check the photo below. The packaging has also declined in quality. The French fries didn’t change that much, but they’re still worse. Concluding, everything is so much worse than the last time I ordered which was, like, 4 months ago. It’s the first time I’m writing a review lower than 4 stars for this place, and the sure thing is it just lost one of its regulars. Not coming back form a while.

It's one of the best burgers I've ever tried, with good quality food and, a rich menu. What is worth noting is an excellent service. I suggest you sit outside because you won't be very comfortable inside from the smells of the kitchen.

Warm and friendly shop with excellent service, perfect for a quick family lunch. Too many choices in burgers, mine was really great. I loved the summer salad and the truffle sweet potatoes. The children went crazy with the chicken-bites and also with the painting they were offered. Thanks!

We visited this burger place after receiving several recommendations from friends. And it was totally worth it! Juicy, tasty and excellent value for money. The best burgers we've had so far in Thessaloniki. The pictures don't do justice to the real thing! I would highly recommend this burger restaurant.
