Visited Pepper with 3 friends of mine and we were extremely satisfied with the the service and quality of meals. All the of the appetizers, main courses and deserts were so tasty and the portions very satisfying! Strongly recommend to try the Black Angus and...Diavolo burger, also tiramisu as a dessert! My wife and I had dinner at The Backroom on a Saturday night in February 2020. The atmosphere was nice and cozy, not crowded. Excellent service, a satisfactory variety of meat and pasta, soups and salads. We tried the soup of the day which was...ok, loved the mushrooms and were deeply happy with our ribeye. The chef/owner was kind enough to share some of his secrets with us and invite us to his summer restaurant in Halkidiki. Definitely worth going back. The prices are a bit high just as anyone would expect in a fine dining restaurant on the Thessaloniki waterfront.More

We had two different meats and two different starters. Chorizo as a starter was nice. Ribeye steak was perfect. The other steak was ok, but not nearly as good as the ribeye. Overall I was pleased.

In the center of Thessaloniki this restaurant is offering good quality steaks , bit expensive though. For meat lovers.

Here’s why I liked this place: 1) Staff were super friendly. 👍🏼 2) Good menu options. 3) Amazing location just on the seafront. Great views from most seats! 4) Brilliant chips/fries (put ask for no salt! 😂) 5) Comfortable seating. 6) Nice music and general...ambience. Whilst I didn’t have the steak, it looks more of a steak house so I’m going back to try that! But even so, worth a visit in my opinion.More

We came here after searching for the best Steak house. The restaurant is at the back of a bar which was confusing. Also the menu was confusing as it's not usual to mix Italian with Steak. Anyway, we ordered a salad and had two different...steaks. They were excellent. The meat itself was matured well, cut correctly, cooked perfectly with good seasoning. Prices were reflective of the quality so overall our experience was positive. However one big point is why I put only 4 stars. The man who cuts the steaks was wearing his gloves but touched everything, including the door handle to enter the drying room, a glass at the bar... literally everything after cutting raw meat. It defeats the object and point of wearing gloves. I hope management read this as we really liked this place but we found this somewhat alarming. Overall the food was excellent but this put us off a little. Also they need to change cutlery between courses when charging 30 euro for a steak. We will try the place again in the future.More

We visited for lunch and were not disappointed. Athena was very attentive even to the point of providing non alcoholic shots for the kids with the bill!! Massive portions - be prepared for full tummies from very tasty food.

We just recently had dinner at the backroom restaurant and it was great.. we were greeted by the friendly host Alex.. love the location facing the sea, we can feel the ocean breeze.. the food was great, very good pasta carbonara, salmon teriyaki was tasty...and truffle pasta was good too.. accommodating servers as well. We enjoyed the food and the vibe.More

Without doubt one of the best aged ribeye steaks in Greece, trust me I’m a butcher. A place not to be missed.
