I stumbled across a sign for Bioporos organic farm on the way to see Lake Korrision. It was a really hot day and so I thought I would go to the cafe for an iced coffee and some shade. I am so so glad I decided to go - after taking a seat under the covered balcony with stunning views of the sea and lake, I couldn’t resist ordering from the menu as it all looked so fresh and homemade. I was not disappointed! The beetroot tzatsiki was to die for, as was the fresh herb salad. All washed down with a scrumptious cacao drink.

A small restaurant in the middle of nowhere. The menu is small and the daily dishes change. The road is pretty bad to reach there. I suggest you to book if you want to go because the tables are limited. People were extremely kind and you can enjoy also the farm. Food was excellent. I will definitely go again. We ordered the Bioporos salad, sea bass , buyiurdi and yogurt cheesecake. Also they have amazing bread

We had a fantastic stay at the accommodation at Bioporos. The views from the balcony of the house we stayed in over the lagoon and to the sea were dreamy. Our host Iro was so helpful and provided some great suggestions of things to see in Corfu. Her cooking was amazing, it was authentic and tasty. Watching the sunset from the restaurant was idyllic. The grounds and olive groves are beautiful, this place felt very authentic and away from the crowds of touristy areas.

Nothing to say about the location with beautiful sunset overlooking the lake.
Three set menus of meat, fish and vegetarian to choose from, we chose a fish and a vegetarian menu.

We stayed at Bioporos for a week and it was one of the friendliest places we have ever stayed. But we are not reviewing it as restaurant, although the food we ate there was very good, as it is only feeding residents now.
The accommodation is comfortable, quiet, relaxing and clean and its location on the farm magnificent. We enjoyed walking around the farm and learnt much from the guided tour with Criton who answered every question we could think to ask.
Everyone working was helpful and prepared to put themselves out to meet our requests.
We weren't the only ones who loved Bioporos, the restaurant area housed many swallows nests which were full of fledglings when we were there.
We first found Bioporos on our previous visit to Corfu a few years ago when, by a stroke of good fortune, we stumbled across it lost , hot and thirsty in the tracks and lanes of the area. We know then we would come back ot stay one day and we are very glad we did.
The only downside was that the cooking facilities in our cottage were very limited although they plan to modernise them, with improvisation we did mange to cook some nice meals using produce from the farm and from a nearby organic farm.

Outstanding place and hospitality, young but experienced people who cultivate the roots of organic farming, cooking and hosting daily. I ate excellently and felt directly healed by the atmosphere there. Highly recommended to visit and to support this rare example of a better future.

The food here is amazing. So tasty. It’s on our ‘must visit when we come to Corfu’ list. Best salads ever. Everything is tasty.

The food was tasty but there was a limited quantity of each so the 8 of us couldn’t eat what we wanted to. The problem was that when we called to book the table they told us that they were able to serve 8 people which was not true

I was a guest on this organic farm, renting one of the two comfortable houses, so I ate breakfast, lunch and dinner here for four days. All meals were delicious. I ate stuffed peppers, brimming with spiced ground beef dotted with plump raisins, the best stuffed peppers I've ever had. I ate Pastitsado, which made the same dish served in other Corfu restaurants pale in comparison. Most of the bread I ate in Corfu was white and bland, but here the warm, whole grain rolls just out of the oven are amazing, served with butter and honey from the bees buzzing down below. I bought a small jar of Bosporos honey and wish I could have carried home more. I bought their organic sage tea, which I'm still drinking instead of coffee each morning -- delicious. I took a cooking class from Iros (one half of the brother-sister team that run the restaurant) and had fun learning to make chicken Pastisado, which I'm sure will be a regular winter meal when I return home. The view of the lagoon at sunset is lovely, if you can tear your eyes away from the delicious food on your plate

Delicious dishes,authentically traditional, cooked with meat and herbs from their farm! Vegetarian mousaka is also included in the menu. The view of the lake and the sea was magic! The sunset was beautiful! The owner, Hero, was sweet and friendly! The service was good! You can also walk around in the farm, down to the lake! Homemade soaps are sold, made of bio olive oil!

After a drive down a lengthy track eventually you come to this restaurant and it was well worth it!
The food was super fresh and the salads outstanding. We also had baked peppers, dips, sun dried feta and fried peppers with cheese. It was nice and breezy sitting outside on the balcony.
We would like to return one evening and try some of the hot dishes.
Highly recommend.

This is truly an off the beaten track experience but all the better for it! we had supper on the balcony overlooking the Farm's extensive olive groves and selection of bee hives as well as a fabulous view of Lake Korrision. The food was fresh and one the best salads (not Greek) I've tasted anywhere. Not everything on the menu is available but what was on offer was fabulous.
The Restaurant is part of an organic farm so you'll need a car to drive there. Once you're there you'll find a lovely, individual as well as rustic location (family run) with some of the best views you'll find in Corfu.

Food delicious. Service humble, which reflects in the ambience and beautiful surroundings. Every organic dish the 8 of us tried was very tasty, from the starters to the mains and the gorgeous drinks. The lemonade was outstanding. Would highly rate this restaurant and when we return to Corfu will definitely return.

The food at the bioporos restaurant is absolutely delicious!! Most of the ingredients are sourced from the organic farm and every aspect of every dish is superb. The dishes are all perfectly balanced and well seasoned with interesting herbs from the farm and beautiful honey.
Our favourite dishes were; the tirokauteri, the bouyardi, the bianko fish, the lamb with rice and the bioporos salad! Also the homemade lemonade is amazing!
The view from the restaurant is spectacular and is a great place to watch the birds on Lake Korission. Also the olive trees are very beautiful, and you can lie in hammocks under the trees and relax.
Iro and her family are the most kind, welcoming and gentle people. They are very helpful and they have an amazing calming presence. If you weren't already relaxed on your visit to Corfu then you will be after your visit to Bioporos.
We stayed at the Bioporos accomodation for 5 nights and it was so lovely. Would highly recommend! We tried eating at other places on the island but it was never as good so we ended up eating all of our meals at Bioporos and we were very sad to leave after 5 days. We will definitely try and come back!
