I was a guest on this organic farm, renting one of the two comfortable houses, so I ate breakfast, lunch and dinner here for four days. All meals were delicious. I ate stuffed peppers, brimming with spiced ground beef dotted with plump raisins, the best...stuffed peppers I've ever had. I ate Pastitsado, which made the same dish served in other Corfu restaurants pale in comparison. Most of the bread I ate in Corfu was white and bland, but here the warm, whole grain rolls just out of the oven are amazing, served with butter and honey from the bees buzzing down below. I bought a small jar of Bosporos honey and wish I could have carried home more. I bought their organic sage tea, which I'm still drinking instead of coffee each morning -- delicious. I took a cooking class from Iros (one half of the brother-sister team that run the restaurant) and had fun learning to make chicken Pastisado, which I'm sure will be a regular winter meal when I return home.
