All dishes were amazing with exceptional taste and nothing like we have tried before. I would highly recommend it and i will definitely come again. Try shrimp salad and desert with white chocolate!

We were last in Parga in 2017 and when we decided at short notice to return to Greece during the current COVID restrictions elsewhere in Europe we both agreed that Aegis restaurant would be definitely on our list of eating places. We were not disappointed...on our first visit and the head waiter and his staff could not have been more attentive and helpful with regard to my wife's gluten free requirements. Our food and wine selections were excellent and the service could not have been better. When deciding where to go for our last meal there was no doubt in our minds but to return to Aegis where our previous experience was equaled.More

Had read all the wonderful reviews on Tripadviser and had shortlisted this restaurant as one to visit during our vacation in Parga. Lovely location on the harbour front. The service was a mixed experience – not very attentive and seemed that only one waiter could...take orders, so she was running around as the place was quite busy. A bit odd…… For one of the main courses we wanted to change the side (onion stew) with vegetables or just one of the sides some of the other dishes were served with. This seemed like an impossible question/task for the kitchen. The waiter said everything was already made…….?! This is a modern Greek restaurant, more expensive than some of others on the harbour front, so some flexibility would be expected and it is not like they have already made the dishes, and we did suggest sides already on the menu. After a lot of suggestions and the waiter having to check with the kitchen, it was finally possible to have something else. When we got the starter, the waiter had misunderstood and we only got one starter instead of two, she did apologize and offer to get a second one. We decided to go with the one – the scallops and they were delicious. When we got the main courses the lamp chops (where we had changed the sides) they were served with something else than we had agreed. We didn’t say anything. The lamp chops were amazing, so tender. The sides for this dish and the other (pork) were not very interesting, a bit bland. It seems this restaurant want to do so much, be inventive and modern, but they are not quite able to succeed. Yes, the food was overall good, but not what could be expected when you think of the price and what you can get at other restaurants in the area. We left feeling a bit disappointed.More

A modern take on Greek food in a nice environment with great service. The smoked eel as a starter is excellent as were the lamb dishes we had for our main course.

Great location for the restaurant in a quieter part of the harbour close to the castle with great views of it so it was so pleasant to have dinner there. The food was very good, a modern adaptation to Greek cuisine using the olive oil...from the old factory that I recommend to visit while in Parga. Although the wine was good, it was overpriced for Greece and other places I visited in Epirus.More

On the harbour front with great views of the castle. All the waiters are very friendly and helpful. The food is amazing and beautifully presented. We went 4 times during our stay and tried most of the menu between us. Favourites were, herb coated lamb...chops, pulled pork tacos, salmon and the Chocolate sphere. Every dish was lovely and the wines were just perfect. Would not hesitate in recommending this restaurant.More

Starter (sea & land) was very good and tasty. However for the main courses it seemed that presentation came before taste. My main course got served almost cold, while it was a hot dish. Some waiters very good and friendly, others not so much.
