The place is interesting and pleasant, but I was disappointed with the service. First, we love wine, and we thought that the place would be great for that. I asked the girl who served us about the wines and she just showed us he had a kind of menu where you mark in a small square that would like to... More

The ambience of the environment prepares you for a lovely meal. Decoration is lovely. The menu is based on traditional tastes and ingredients, but all dishes are made with a hint of imagination! A rich and interesting menu with a variety of freshly made dishes. Highlights: liver, pork fillets, trachanoto, burger. Prices are reasonable and portions are large (each plate... More

You must try their signature salad "Parasties" with mustard dressing (7 EUR for a large bowl for 2-3 persons). Fish is good too.

We went there because we had read positive reviews. We were disappointed, because they try to convert Cretan traditional food to European gourmet style. The end result of their attempt is dsappointing.

Our hotel recommended this restaurant, just down the street, on the beautiful harbor. What an incredible ambience, rustic yet modern, very impressive, with a totally open kitchen where you can watch your meal being prepared. We ordered grilled mushrooms, Cretan greens and grilled sea bass to share between the two of us. All fresh, the mushrooms especially to die for,... More

We received wonderful service and food here! We had a bottle of the house white, which turned out to be excellent, and started with a very good Greek salad and dolmas. My girlfriend had a Cretan pasta, and I took a grilled salmon dish, and both were very good as well. The restaurant has a lovely decor, views of the... More

When we saw the array of fresh vegetables in the open plan kitchen we knew this was going to be good - and it was so good. Service was also fantastic. And the cost was €11 each including wine.

Very attentive staff seated us immediately, despite it being a very busy Saturday night. The atmosphere was buzzing and there was a wide age range of diners; couples, families with older children, groups of business colleagues. The menu was very interesting, "Parasties" salad was fabulous, as was the rib-eye steak, which we both ordered. We picked a house red wine... More

Thus was selected and the name of the restaurant, in which dominates as a trademark, the open kitchen. An atmospheric, cozy place in the square of the Historical Museum and of the most popular gourmet hangouts.Your hosts, the good food and the finest wine labels
