First, if we exclude the charred pancakes (but they gave us a waffle as a gift). The waffle was extremely tasty with fresh ice cream and the hot chocolate was able to warm your body. Their Avocado is something else. By far the best I have eaten so far and I highly recommend it to everyone. In general the food was very good.

really great experience every time we visited! The coffee is very good, clean taste, the brunch we chose every time was a pleasant taste surprise. The pancakes were probably the most delicious I have tried. But the most important thing is the very kind and helpful children who serve and the manager of the store who they were willing to help us and explain what we asked of them without getting bored and burdened despite the workload they had. This was really remarkable all the times we went. Whenever they come back from Chania..... we will visit you again with pleasure!

Nice big square/plaza with a few restaurants, near Cathedral, was relatively quiet for breakfast, so very pleasant experience.
Service very prompt and professional (my daughter dropped her fork, and waiter noticed and immediately brought replacement, unprompted). Complimentary water served on arrival.
Plenty of menu options for breakfast, and food quality was good.

Nice place to enjoy your everyday coffee, especially during sunny days. Good quality of food/drinks, pleasant staff and nice location. Weekend mornings usually equals to a crowded place, so be aware in case you desire a calm atmosphere! Having visited numerous similar cafes in several countries, I would love to see in the future more uncommon food choices in Hacienda (burgers and club sandwiches can be found anywhere nowadays), on top of the already good quality of their material!

The staff made you feel right at home. Excellent customer service skills. Comfortable inviting seating. Great quality reasonable food. Pleasant, soothing ambience at all times.Convenient location for all of our needs.Mr. Andreas was very helpful in finding us a bank and tourist destination information.Thank you so much for your courteous, friendly, generous, gentle temperament. We ate several meals here during our 7 day stay, celebrating our 52 wedding anniversary

We stayed at the Metropole Hotel, which is connected to the Hacienda. We ate at the Hacienda twice. Both times the food was good. However the service at this restaurant is terrible. Both times we had to wait 15-20 minutes before anyone even came to our table, and they were not busy. The servers simply don't seem to care, and haven't been trained in customer service. It is a shame this restaurant is affiliated with the Metropole. I would recommend checking out other restaurants in the area.

The Hacienda is adjacent to the Metropole Urban Hotel, where we were staying for several nights. On arrival at the hotel our room wasn't quite ready, so we went to the Cafe for lunch. The staff were fabulous, helpful and friendly and looked after us really well. All the food we had was great and there was plenty of it.

The food is good, but unfortunately it takes ages until you get it. The kitchen is clearly understaffed. I hope they do their proper analysis. By the way, only 25% was occupied.
