Bread served without any butter, despite asking for some. Fries served without salt and when asked for some, instead of redoing the fries with proper salted ones the waiter served me 6 sachets of salt. And then the manager said I was making a problem...without any reason, he kept saying its not a fine dine restaurant (guess false advertising), he failed to defuse the situation and kept arguing to the point that I had to leave the restaurant, had to pay the full bill without the food. ZERO HOSPITALITY!More

The rib eye was terrific. Really good. Best I had eaten for years and certainly the best I have had in a lifetime of visits, and 7 years of living, in Greece. Closer to medium than the medium rare requested, but so juicy and tasty...it did not matter. My wife's chicken chimichurri was slightly overcooked and was not saved by the sauce as there was not enough of it. The giveaway desert was memorable (ice cream on a syrupy walnut cake). Service was perfect. Will look forward to returning, though next time we will both have the rib-eye.More

Steak was extra cooked when I ask them to change it because they even add the sauce which I never asked for, they charged me twice, avoid it. There are nicer places and greec people other then here are very nice and friendly.

One of the best restaurants in Heraklion for meat , if not the best one ! Tomahok as it should be , porc that melt in the mouth, starters that one was best form the other and incredible suits! Plus a big Greek wine list...and friendly staff ! Anyone that can afford fine dinning restaurant prices must go !More

We went for a casual meal of 6. We had a reservation for 21:00 and we ended up eating at 23:45. The service was extremely slow and unprofessional, we had to complain to have our courses served and when asked, the waiters looked unaware of...everything. The food was eventually served cold and there was a bug in a 20 euros priced salmon dish,as you can see on the photo. The olive oil used in the food is certainly not vergin- one who has an average knowledge of oil will immediately understand. The atmosphere was cozy but some of us had trouble reading the menu due to poor lighting. The only reason I can find for all the excellent reviews is the good public relations. The only thing that was really tasteful was the millefeuille.More

I went here for a meal in December 2019 with my daughter. I have to say, it was a strange experience. The food was excellent but was spoiled by the bizarre service. First of all, we asked to sit inside but were told that only...the manager could seat us! The area near the kitchen was completely empty and we asked for a round table but were told no, we had to sit on a very small table for two virtually on top of the wine cabinet. We sat down and literally pointed to the white wine we wanted to order. The waiter then brought us a bottle of red wine. We politely refused the red and a nasty altercation took place between the so-called manager and our server. Our starter blue cheese salad arrived. We had only been served for a short while when our steaks arrived. Our table was too small for the main and the starter so while my fork was still in my mouth, the manager whipped my expensive salad away from under my nose!! It was never to return. Meanwhile, I noticed a local couple had been shown to the area we had originally wanted to be seated in. They ordered an appetizer and nothing else. Eventually, it came time for the bill. My bill was around 77 euros. I gave the waiter 100 euros and despite the terrible service (it was Xmas after all) I told him to give me a 10 euros change. We waited for 10-15 minutes but no change was forthcoming. I then called him back to the table. He said he had misunderstood, which is quite possible considering my Greek is very limited. However, he then proceeded to moan to all the other servers which resulted in a lot of daggers looks towards our table. It was a shame the steak was amazing, so was the salad - at least the small amount I tasted was!! Also, the music is so loud you can barely hear yourself speak, maybe that's why my wine order was wrong!! I am going to give this restuarant another try when it isnt such a busy time of year, but this time, I am going to hold on to my starter!!More

Paid a visit in between some appointments i had, during the rush hour on a Sunday. Despite the fact that there was nobody to help me get a table there was a very kind young waiter that sported me and helped me through. I sat...at the bar. I was so pleased of the barman (Dimitris) being polite and helpful. The food was extremely tasty, salad very fresh and generally speaking very well balanced dishes. It was a very pleasant surprise to me that the dishes came very quickly. I think, since it's a fine dining restaurant it should definitely have a nice looking woman or man at the door helping customers. And at last, the only thing that was slightly upsetting was the noise the servers made. My personal opinion is they could decrease that and it would definitely make a nice impact.More
