We stumbled upon this place as we wandered through the streets. Warmly welcomed & fantastic food. Grilled octopus that was so tender, Taramosalata with a delicate fish flavour & light-ish fried courgette. Mains of chicken, sole & unusually octopus stifado were all excellent. Owner &...his wife were friendly & interesting people. Prices were very reasonable & the owners were over generous with their “offers”. Great location on the waterfront with views over the bay.More

The prawn saganaki is amazing but the cheese saganaki is something special - so good. And the hummus!!! We are super pleased to have found this place, run by the loveliest couple and serving good honest delicious food and great wine. We had to make...a return visit on this holiday and cannot wait to visit this place again next year! Great service - thank youMore

Great food and service was superb. We had really good chats with the waiter and he even gave us a free chocolate brownie when we told him of our recent engagement. Lovely guy and great place to eat.

We ate twice at Lotus Eaters during our 9 day holiday in Elounda. It never disappoints and the food is exceptional. The fish platter is our favourite and they do the best fried courgettes in Elounda! Thank you again Daniel and Andreea. Looking forward to...next year already😊More

So glad we booked, having been recommended to try this restaurant. Had a lovely table overlooking the water. Super friendly welcome and nothing was too much trouble with questions over the menu and food choices available. Service was exceptional and the food was super tasty....The guys both had steak and were pretty much silent whilst they ate, it was that good. Souvlaki was exceptional. (Special mention to resident Bonjo) Make sure to book early to avoid disappointment!More

Once again excellent setting, food and service. Daniel and Andreea are welcoming, friendly and attentive hosts and the food is beautifully presented and always high quality. The location cannot be bettered and every meal we had here was delicious (with a favourite being the steamed...sea bass). The combination of all this, made for a truly relaxing experience. We will see you again next year! Janet & Ted HallMore

This place is special. A beautiful, romantic setting, with excellent food and incredible service. Couldn’t recommend this place for dinner more! We absolutely loved the prawn saganaki starter - the prawns were cooked to absolute perfection. Would return in a heartbeat if I was ever...in Elounda again.More

Our first day in Elounda and we decided to follow the good reviews and try out this place. The owner is very helpful and helped my fiancé, who is coeliac, navigate the menu and even provided an alternative to the famous fried cheese from Crete,...a baked feta, which was probably the best feta I've ever tasted! Add it to the menu, man 😁 Very easy and chilled lunch, we'll be back.More

This small restaurant is run by a young English/Roumanian couple. Location is good and food quality also excellent. Very enjoyable visit. Highly recommended and we plan on returning (Covid permitting!).

It's about 1.8km from the Elounda Blu and would probably take 30 minutes or so to walk
