For delicious fresh fish and traditional Greek dishes, like stuffed courgette flowers with yogurt, seek out the unpretentious Doloma, which lies half-hidden behind mulberry trees in a peaceful yard overlooking the back of the Venetian dockyards

This was just the right place - it was set back and away from the hustle and bustle of the main streets. The food was really good as well, and so affordable. I would definitely recommend the grilled feta cheese

If you love getting into real Cretan food, then Doloma is the place to go. It's not fancy or expensive like many of the restaurants on the nearby marina but the food is top notch. If you want salad or chips or grilled fish/meat it won't float your boat but if like me you like to sit down, throw away... More

I have been visiting Hanua for a number of years s now and my holiday wouldn't be complete without several trips down to Dolama. It's slightly hidden away as its in the old harbour, but if you go, you will not be disappointed. I love, love love the stuffed courgette flowers with Greek yogurt. All the dishes are made fresh... It looks authentic and they have a good location, close to the touristic area but on a quiet and lovely place. Friendly service. However the Greek salad didn't meet the standard that all other restaurants set before in terms of tasty ingredients.

A family run restaurant where all the ingredients are fresh and cooked day by day. Nothing is too much trouble. The food that arrives is so plentiful and so tasty. I would recommend it to anyone. Try it for yourself.

Found this on tripadvisor. At first i could not make up my mind and could not understand the few bad reviews from the Italians. After eating here I cannot tell what they did not like. We were abe to see the food and select what we want. The portins were big. they had a lot of vegetarian dishes which you... More

My husband and I enjoyed a superb traditional Cretan meal at Doloma's. We had greek salad, mushroom pie wrapped in filo with some delicious cheese, and a courgette, potato and aubergine platter. All dishes were excellent and together cost less than 18 euros. This quaint restaurant is located a block behind the great arsenal buildings in the area of the... More
