Near the old harbor of Chania in a quit corner. This restaurant has a wonderful and very romantic terrace, the food is great, the people very nice.

Authentic and delicious local food in an old, cobbled square close to the Ventian Dockyard. If you like fava then try it here.

Had a great lunch! The stuffed eggplant was the best. We also had oven roasted lamb. Would highly recommend this. Also tryed the zucchini and local cheese pie. Would have loved to sample everthing on the menu! With wine and beer, 4 of us ate for 50 euros.

We only visited here twice for coffees - lovely frappes. Just nice to walk away from the harbour area a little but still see the sea and harbour area. Lovely spot to sit and watch the world go by. Friendly service and very welcoming.

Had a dinner at Karnagio's with a friend of mine. It was very late and there was only one party besides us and they might have been closing soon but we got excellent service whatsoever. The waiter was super nice and friendly. Appetizers (stuffed vine leaves, courgette flowers and gruyere) were magnificent - and I'm quite hard to impress! Main... More

The Karnagio has had a bit of a makeover over the Winter (when it is closed)and proved a very enjoyable place for dinner a few days back. The food was very good this time i.e.(better than last year) and the service (from a very experienced and long - serving team in this long established restaurant) was fast and freindly. This... This place is toward the far eastern part of the harbor and the outside eating area is quite nice. While the service is great, the food is just okay. Nothing special but not bad by any means.

We thought this restaurant was overpriced and the food pretty average. The menu was quite limited although we had a very nice bottle of wine. One thing that put me off the restaurant was the there was a member of staff behind a till in the kitchen who was smoking, I don't know if there are local laws are against... More

This was one of the best restaurants we visited during our 2 week Greece trip, and it was the only one we chose to go to more than once. Delicious food, no hard sell, beautiful atmosphere, and staff that's more attentive than others in the area. Bit more pricey than the usual Chania taverna, but well worth it. Unlike some... More
