An overall wonderful experience. An extraordinary attention to detail from the little blue details in the decor to the presentation and mixture of gusto in each plate. Wonderful timing with regards to rapidity and arrival of food with great consideration of a big group wanting...to enjoy a meal together. Anton - a delicate presence taking care that nothing was missing during our meal without ever being invasive. At the end of our journey, a sweet gift for dessert from the owners of the restaurant. We couldn’t have felt more at home, proving once again that Greece and Agios Nikolaos is the epitome of hospitality. Rapporto quality/price : EXCELLENT! Thank you for having us, looking forward to coming back again soon. Tochka.More

Dined here 3 times. The first time was in September 2017 (costing about €100 in total for four people). The second was in September 2018 (spending about €50 in total for two people on fresh fish of the day which came with surprise complimentary starters...and desert). Both times I had thoroughly enjoyed the meal, particularly the octopus and fish of the day. I would rate both visits 5 star. A couple of days later, I ordered only the octopus for lunch (about £12), but was disappointed it tasted so so, unlike the delicacy it was before. Hence the 4 star review. Nonetheless, the interior is nice and it is in a central location.More

We ordered 6, but all of them were excellent - prawns with avocado, fried courgettes, fried cheese, little chicken kebabs (which were like little patties, delicious!), pitta and dips and chicken covered in crispy cereal. All very fresh, very well priced. Would advise to be...careful not to eat too much of the bread and bread sticks provided!More

I loved it. We visited it for dinner and we were very pleased with everything. Situated on the first floor of a traditional house it is accessible not only by stairs but also by lift. Service was so friendly, the food so tasty and prices...so...value for money.!! The winter restaurant's rooms are beautiful, there is also a lovely bar and for summer I absolutely loved the back open yard which despite of having no view is so romantic, relaxing and peaceful. Of course, for those who want to have a sea view, there is a front (oblong) hall with a perfect view. Next time I visit Agios Nikolaos this restaurant will be my first choice.!More

Menu read great, nice welcome then had a choice of 2 tables on the terrace this was very cramped. Food arrived we ordered roast goat in tomato which was tasteless and more bone than meat. Lamb in yogurt which was very fatty (pic of waste...on side plate) . My husband sent his back ordered rooster and sweet potato mash . Mash was like pizza dough. Chicken was passable . Not the greatest service. . If you go maybe stick with salads.More

This restaurant is a hidden gem in Agios Nicholaos, situated on the 2nd floor with a view of the harbour and - surprisingly - a lush garden. We had very good food, good wine and good service, and noticed that the place was frequented by...many Greek people, which says a lot about the quality of the food.More

Main course fish with zucchini puree potatoes asparagus and foam was tasteless, mediocre and over salted. Both glasses of white wines had red stains from previous customers who had ordered red wines... spoke with waiters, no one cared for both complaints the food and the...stains at glasses, no one apologized, no one offered clean glass of wines, I was filling like i was talking to a wall... never going to visit this restaurant again in the near feature.More

The first time we entered the restaurant, we were surprised to discover a beautiful garden on the back, apart from the front balcony. Everything we tasted was excellent, and very well cooked. Some of us tried traditional cretan dishes, and others some more creative tastes,...based on local ingredients. Everything was delicious, fresh, and very satisfying portions. The staff was very friendly, always with a smile, and the service was excellent! The prices were very logical given the environment and the food and service quality. I would definitely recommend it as one of the best (if not the best) in Ag. Nikolaos.More

Take the stairs or for people who can’t there is an elevator on the left side of the building. Stairs are rightside. It’s the yellow building in the harbour of Agios Nikolaos. When you get up, you can sit in the garden or at front...of the building. For me the front had a amazing view. So relaxing, daydreaming spot. View over the harbour. The people who work there, work so hard. And they do it with a smile whenever they can. So good to see. I would like to thank Gregory, Mike, Sophia, Nafsaki,.. and the chefs for make my visits a perfect culinary experience. When I order i like to order a couple of things. I think i ate about 15 things of you menu. And from 15 things only one was a little less. So in my opninion very good. Prices are cheap. Food is big portioned and realy good. ( i didnt eat fresh fish or meat , so can’t give more info on that subject) In short: perfect daydreaming view at front - very hardworking friendly staff ( Gregory, Mike, Sophia, Nafsaki, ... Chefs and the rest) - big portions - cheap prices in comparison to it’s portions and quality. I sometimes came 2 times a day so yes. Realy good place to relax, enjoy the view and a have good meal. Leave a tip for the people. They work there asses off. Tip for the bosses: Check for some better quality brown rum ;)More

When we arrived the balcony was already full but the waiter showed us the patio which was just lovely and calm. The service was really nice and attentive. We had the typical Cretean dishes and we went out rolling. Can only reccomend.
