The Epikovros restaurant was recommended to us by the hotel. The restaurant is very popular and we had a table in the corner of the restaurant by the open window overlooking the valley. Stunning view. I ordered grilled chicken, vegetables and chips and a large...beer which was in a bottle rather than draught. We had a nice meal.More

Food was tasty and service was good. Good views. But on the pricy side for quality of place. But you’re in Delphi so options are limited and on the pricier side.

Nice view over the glassed-in porch and friendly service. Delicious food including spanikopita, rich chicken soup [misidentified as "rooster"], scrumptious pork leak and veal with noodles. Not cheap, but not outrageous.

I wish i could rate this 10 stars out of 5! We came here after a long day driving up from Athens at about 9pm. We ordered the bread and olive starter and a salad and i had the delphi beer. The drinks came very...quickly and the starter and salad were not far behind. Both of which were amazing and there was nothing left on the plate. We then had the mains. My fiance had the chicken a la cream and i had the lamb chops. I chose the chops because i was hungry and wasnt sure of serving sizes. I should've guessed from the salad. It was huge! Both mains were very generous portions and we barely finished. In fact we had both passed our limits on fullness but it was so delicious we couldn't help ourselves. We had a couple of drinks and our bill was about 35€ which is amazing considering our order and the quality of food! We even left a 10€ tip. We will definitely be back there for dinner tonight to try something new!More

We were in Delphi a total of 8 nights, and had all our dinners in this wonderful restaurant. My wife had injured her foot which limited her ability to walk to the restaurant, but the owner was extremely accommodating and had the kitchen prepare take-out...for us. The quality of the food is first rate. The restaurant has a back area which provides a stunning view of the valley and plain leading to the coastal city of Itea. This is the place to go for an excellent dinner.More

The restaurant is located in the centre of town, has great view of valley. Local beer on tap, but the rest of the beer and wine selection very poor indeed (house wine undrinkable and all the more expensive wines on card not available). Food was...usual Greek fare, certainly not fine cuisine..but chicken very tender. Staff completely uninterested, and with no clue about service and manners. All in all a mediocre tourist dump with a good view. Would not come back.More

Epikouros doesn't have the best ambience in town, despite the availability of a beautiful view of the valley and the sea in the distance. But it more than makes up for it with the quality of the food. And the service is above average as...well. Try the local dishes, especially the stuffed tomatoes and the wild boar. Accompany them with the house wine.More

In August this year (2019) my Fiance and I had a two night stay in Dephi. We ate at this lovely restaurant on both evenings as the food was so delicious! They catered very well for me with plenty of choices as I'm a Vegetarian,...and also provided meat dishes for my carnivorous Fiance!! All food was fresh, flavoursome and well presented - we would definitely eat there again on our next visit to Delphi and can highly reccommend it! Staff are lovely too, really friendly, helpful and attentive.More

We were taken here for evening dinner as part of our group tour through Greece. The restaurant is very welcoming and the view, if you're near the window, is great. We had individual plates with a Meze selection for starters which was a great introduction...to Greek food. The main course choices were good and we finished off with Greek yogurt and honey. All delicious.More

First evening in Delphi, after a straight drive from Athens. We based ourselves on reviews and appealing photos of the local tavernas and chose to dine at Epikouros. The place itself has a spectacular view towards south Itea and Kirra, as most of the places...on that side of the road and the tables were made with the same monotonic cloth that gave it the feeling of a dining room in a hotel. We started with grilled feta cheese, which was as great as the area’s reputation and epikouros salad, alongside fried calamari and stuffed potato. The food was average overall, very decent and honest, not trying to be something that it is not. The staff are kind, welcoming and speaking fluent English.More
