It is obvious that they just took advantage of this big name. Karababas used to be a must some years ago. After renovation, their prices went above sky, they don't use common dish ware so as to be tricked and think it is big enough! Their kebab has so much bread that tastes below average. I used to go at Karababas long time ago during the 90ties. I went last October and I felt Many things have changed since then. It was not anymore .....the best kebab in town. .

The food is good. It has a different menu for people sitting at the outside tables which is anoing. The service is very poor.

Famous souvlaki place near the port (behind Saint Dionysios church). They offer pork on skewer, kebab and little else. We ate souvlaki which was good but too expensive for this genre of food. I am happier with poorer and cheaper souvlaki places nearby like Kretas or Avraham.
