My brother had recommended this restaurant in Piraeus port to us as we were staying in Athens for a few days. It takes 20 minutes by subway to get there from Athens then a short ride in a taxi. On arrival the owner was very...friendly and explained he had shrimp and fried fish available that day with a Greek salad. Well all I can say is what a treat! Simple food at its absolute best. A stunning example of the best fresh ingredients beautifully put together. A top ten life experience if you get a chance to go it’s a must.More

You can only find fried sweet crunchy shrimp, fried fresh red mullet, Greek salad, white wine. As simple as that and fill your tummy and your heart. Don't go complicated like "life" itself, go simple. Don't go before they serve you their fantastic Orange Cake...as "gliko" aka desserts. Definitely will come back.More

It’s next to a military facility, but very charming and very good service too. Small menu card, only fish, but high quality.

We visited today after reading some good reviews online. We loved the simple menu, fresh fried fish and prawns, lovely bread and a great salad. Followed by melon and orange cake. Probably the best meal of this type we had in Greece! Staff were lovely...and friendly too, despite the fact they were rushed off their feet with so many customers. Next time we visit from Scotland, we’ll be back!More

A great authentic Greek restaurant. Serve only 3 specialities . Shrimps , Barbunias fish and Greek salad . Best food in town ! It’s worth coming especially from Athens . Great friendly service by owner mr Yohanis , 3rd generation in this family business .

Finger licking, literally, as all dishes are best enjoyed if you get your fingers messy. All three dishes that is, fried red mullets with salt rocks scattered on them, fried shrimps, large juicy Greek salad with olive oil to deep in the fresh bread served....Simple, original and absolutely delicious! Generous portions, friendly service, fair prices. Must visit if you like eating like a local / hidden gems / fingerlicking dining experience.More

So, this is one of few times we have followed tripadvisor suggestion and... failed. It's just a simple, local, street food restaurant with not even a good attitude and ridiculously high prices. We had simple straight fried shrimps and barbouni(red mullet) with Greek salad (below...average) and house wine....50 euro.More

We went again after the great time we had there 3 years ago. Located deep in a neighborhood in Piraeus next to a naval academy. The seafood was excellent. The staff and owner very friendly. The price reasonable. We ordered Greek salad. Barbounia fish and...fried Prawns. All was very delicious.More

We ate here for lunch after reading about the restaurant in an Athens guide. We ordered prawns, langostine, fish and Greek salad. The food was really delicious. But at 85 Euros it was more expensive than we thought it would be for such a simple...place and with only soft drinks. We appreciated the free desserts and the service was nice.More
