I visited with a friend for late lunch on Sunday. It's a nice place - nothing fancy. Simple and clean. The service is a bit slow due to the kitchen to my understanding. It took sometime to bring us the bread/olives/wine and then the food....More

My wife and I had two excellent meals at this small, quaint Italian restaurant. It is off the beaten path on a side street not far from the Acropoli Metro station. It is well worth seeking it out. On our first visit the server warned...More

After a couple of weeks traveling in Turkey and Greece, we were craving something different than the typical tourist fare...and searched for Italian food. We had also just been in Rome, so we imagined it would be hard to find anything that could live up...More

The ambiance is nice, and our waitress made great suggestions. However, only certain pastas here are made in house, and you can taste the difference! My brother got the pappardelle and porcini mushroom, which was excellent and the best dish we ordered. The bruschetta and...More

The food is ok! They have a major problem at their kitchen. It's is not acceptable in half -full restaurant to serve the main course after 1 hour and 30 minutes!! If you are hungry don't even think of coming here!!

This is not the usual fake Italian restaurant, the chef is a real Italian, the food is amazing. Really warm place, the girls are friendly and always smiling. As Italian, I felt like to be at home. Suggested.

Overall, our experience was good. The bruschetta with mushrooms was fantastic, and we had the night's special salad which was very good - but very expensive compared to the rest of the menu: 9e for lettuce, grapes, parmesan and thin slices of zucchini (and not...More

Named after the well-preserved Thission (ancient
temple of Hephaestus), Thissio is blessed with a small
wooded park and some less frenetic streets that offer
numerous quieter places to stay and eat. Largely
pedestrianized Apostolou Pavlou Street runs between
the Acropolis and forested Filopappou Hill, well worth
climbing for more great panoramas, until it merges
with Dionysiou Areopagitou Street. This leads to the
