This restoraunt was recommended to us by colleagues from Athens as one of the best. And really all tables are occupied and the table should be booked in advance. BUT... The quality of food is very low. Probably because of a huge people flow they...More

We had a lovely evening in this restaurant. The service was friendly and efficient and the food very fresh tasting. The sardine fillets were in huge portions and really well cooked. Lovely big salads, yummy courgette balls and succulent fish. We were recommended some interesting,...More

Location: The center of Athens, close to Syntagma square. The place: It’s got a cottage feel to it. It kind of reminds me of someone’s kitchen - very warm, not too big, with a great terrasse out front. The goods: First, you are served olives...More

Went here late for a quick and light dinner. Busy. Service good but food marginal. There are a lot of smaller good restaurants in the area.

Strategically located to have lunch near old town & acropolis/ ágoras. It is good to discover new dishes like goat attached as a photo. Also, the set in the local is pretty much good looking.

Perhaps the best place to get your bearings is
Syntagma Square, crowned by the imposing Parliament
building on its upper side and surrounded by other
large structures, such as the exclusive Hotel Grande
Bretagne. The grand avenues that lead towards Omonia
are also full of massive Neoclassical edifices like
the Numismatic Museum and those around smaller Platia
Kolokotroni. Here you will find lots of travel agents,

I found a menu online but it is in Greek. I'm sure there must be an English one somewhere.

Hi Casey Yes there is an English menu and the staff there are very happy to help explain how things are cooked or dishes you may not be familiar with. Enjoy! :)
