Visited the restaurant with a friend. Very good quality Greek food and very importantly without smoke. Enjoyed the food and the smoke free atmosphere which is not guaranteed in Greece despite the law.

Nice looking place. Staff stresses out looking and totally uninterested in what they are throwing at you. No passion. Food served cold. No attention given. Poor menu Cold place. Give it a miss.

What a disappointment. Came here on a Friday night. The two dishes we actually wanted (Octopus, Moussaka) were finished, had to choose others. Expensive, not really the best experience. Waiters were stressed out, door was opened/closed every 5 minutes which is quite annoying in winter....More

Nice food, everything tasted good and not too expensive. Service was also good. We ordered 3 starters, 2 mains and wine for €50 and couldn't eat anymore !

The plates were the worst dishes ever. Simple choices, with no taste. The wine was very expensive. Will not go there again.

Nice and cosy place to eat at the centre of Athens. Authentic Greek recipes by the great Chef Dimitris Aivaliotis. We will go back again soon with my family.

We dined for lunch at this off the beaten path spot on what appears to have been an off day as we found the cod fish dish to have a bad taste -- we did not eat it. The eggplant on the other hand was...More

I went there for lunch because I read on an Italian review that they had one of the best moussaka in Athens and I must say that it was worth it. I had the opportunity to appreciate also other dishes. I went there two times!

Description
Mana's Kouzina-Kouzina (Mother's Kitchen) is located in beautiful Agia Eirini Square near Monastiraki metro in the center of Athens. Our talented chefs make fresh homemade Greek dishes every day. The menu changes every few weeks. Each dish comes from a recipe hailing from a region of Greece - made just as a Greek mother or grandmother would do. For example, vegetable soup from Chios, parsley salad from Drama, Kasiopita (cheese pie with milk and sugar) from Epirus, baked cod from Athens, lamb giachni from Crete, spanakotiropita from Cycladic Islands. We exclusively serve Greek wines, liquors, beers, soft drinks and homemade products. Plus desserts! We serve lunch - 12 pm - 6:00 pm. Choose from a dozen fresh casseroles hailing from all over Greece, salads, Greek dips, fresh bread, soups and savory Greek pitas. We serve dinner - 6:30 pm - 11 pm We offer a delicious menu of ala carte options, mezes and traditional slow-cooked dishes baked. We're right in the square on Aiolou 27 stre
