Very delicious food! Excellent service, especially Olivia!!! She made our visit special!! Nice live music. The place is clean and very traditional. We will definitely recommend this restaurant to all friends visiting Athens. Five star ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Excellent, genuine, traditional Greek food served in a tardis-like restaurant in the old area of Athens. Very charming staff in a family run restaurant. The food is excellent and not expensive and there are daily specials- had the goat soup which was delicious. Live music...and the restaurant was filled with Greeks. We were the only touristsMore

Good first impression, especially the decor! Nice place for insta-photos.
Service was professional, value-quality was pretty good for tavern in the central location. Menu selection decent, the specialty salad was good, pastourma and cheese pies good we ordered 2nd portion, grilled mushrooms with a nice...'toasty flavor', sausages, bougiourdi, zuchini fries, dip and meatballs seemed to be popular and were satisfactory.
It would have been a nice touch if we were offered a sweet, which is usually customary in local Greek taverns. We ordered 6 desserts (35euro) and bread was charged
** I had made my reservation via Facebook. The download menu on Facebook states free homemade bread and sweet on the house, that needs to be updated if its not applicableMore
By far the best and most enjoyable restaurant we visited in Athens. Live rebetico/liko.
Grandma meatballs and Armenian kebab the best I had in my life. Friendly hosting. The best evening we had in Athens in our 9 day stay.

Thank you for your review. We hope to see you again on your next visit to Athens.
My clients asked me to find a restaurant which offers a typical greek menu and I found this place. It was a really good surprise as everything was excellent. The food , the service and the kindness of the owner. Definitely best place for a...typical greek lunchMore

Omonia Square is as plain in appearance as Syntagma is grand. Surrounded largely by functional blocks from the 1950s and 60s and no longer boasting its underground stalls, the square is now mostly frequented by immigrants and bargain shoppers. The most rewarding area to explore is to the south. Set off down Athinas Street, with the Acropolis gradually coming into focus in the distance, and you will get a
sense of old commercial Athens, especially at the picturesque meat, fish and vegetable markets some way beyond the City Hall. The blocks to the west of Athinas are home to many Chinese and South Asian traders, adding a multicultural atmosphere to what was until the late 1990s a very homogenous society.
