Great pub, very friendly staff. Tom’s personality lights up what is already a great spot. Lovely menu to choose from and the food does not disappoint. They also show all the big matches. Most importantly it does not feel like a pop up Irish pub....

A shout out to Tom and Kirk from the James Joyce for opening up early this morning so we could watch the Italy vs Fiji Rugby League World Cup. Genuine hospitality!

This place is located in Monastiraki on a pedestrian street. It's ideal to have a light snack or lunch outside. The inside is also nicely decorated and makes you comfortable to enjoy drinks.

Fabulous atmosphere. Being Irish I am hyper critical of Irish bars in other country's. And this did not disappoint. Amazing food and drinks selection. A definite jem of Athens.

Monastiraki is a souvenir-hunting enclave with a

Acropolis, its network of alleys and pedestrianized
streets surround the remains of both the Greek and
Roman agoras, adding the quaint concept that this is
where the ancients also came to shop. Named after the
tiny monastery church at its center, Monastiraki
Square is a lively spot by day or night, with street
