Tasty Indian food. Was not oily or too spicy yet full of flavour. The service was good and we sat outside. We ate saag planner , raita and butter chicken with garlic naan.

Flavourful dining with an open and see through kitchen. The preparations are worth a watch and the dishes are more than worth the wait. The onion and chilli naan, tandoori roti, matar paneer, yellow dal are sure to titillate the taste buds and leave you craving for more.

I have been twice in a week tasting different dishes, it was pretty much all very tasty. The check was between 20/30 euros with good size portions. The tandori chicken was moist, which is a quality not usually found in most places of its kind. The service was very kind and effective. If in the center with a desire of... More

Food was reasonably good with good service and outside seating. I felt the food cost is quite expensive as it cost me 22.5 Euro for a Beef Masala, 1 ordinary naan, papadum and a Indian Pale beer. In general Athens is quite expensive for food compared to other European countries. Hence the bill amount could be normal as per Athens... More

We ordered food to go and waited 65 minutes! We asked several times and they said the food will come soon but it just didn't. Portions were small and mediocre.

Worst experience! We have been going the past few years and it was good! Today not only the food was tasteless and full of red colouring the service was atrocious! No apology or admittance of their appalling food and attitude! We took friends and kids there and it was embarrassing, worrying and stressful! The health and safety standards were also... More

I'm from India and I really didnt find the taste here to be Indian or anyhting close. The food was average, not bad... it wasn't that bad, but it wasn't authentic and its actually something that you dont wan to eat when in Greece if you're an Indian. There are many great places to eat around syntagma square and in... More

Nice little restaurant near Syntagma sq. Delicious food + you can ask for more or less spicy, very good service, clean, easy to understand menu with descriptions. First time I try Indian and this is definately a place I will return to. I went with a couple of friends, we paid a total of 50 Euro for a starter, a... More

Staying in Plaka

Neighborhood Profile
Due to its proximity to the Acropolis, Plaka remains the area where the majority of foreign visitors stay and play. Its attractive features include small squares, some notable museums and the beautiful Mitropolis cathedral, as well as a host of places to stay, eat and drink. Its pedestrian zones make it a pleasant place to escape from the city’s notorious traffic. Adrianou and Kidathineon Streets contain a number of souvenir shops, offering classier items than you will find in the Flea Market. The most rewarding section to explore is the upper reaches towards the Acropolis itself, where many old stone houses with tiled roofs have survived. Up here you can find leafier corners and the odd quaint taverna with unobstructed views of the ancient rock.
