5 star service, food and drinks! Friendly atmosphere near Athens flea market! Our waiter (Evan) was excellent. He provided great recommendations for food and showered us with Greek drinks and desserts! A must see restaurant in Athens! Thank you Evan!!

This restaurant is located at Plaka and the food is really great. We ordered sardines and burgers and it taste really well, I really recommend you to visit this restaurant and have a nice lunch or dinner. The cost is also not very expensive it...also is a Greek culture-look alike restaurant:)More

We have visited this place in October, out of the top tourist season. While the waiter was very nice, the food was rather average. The lamb was very dry and we found a hair in a stuffed tomato. After a complaint, the waiter brought us...a lemon pie on the house, which was nice, but the overall impression ended up not great. We were also served table water even after saying we want nothing to drink and then were charged for it. During the payment, the waiter wouldn't even tell me the price at first and just let me enter my pin (?). Would not recommend.More

We stopped for a beer after a hot walking tour. We ordered three large draft beers. According to the menu they should have been 0.5litres. They served them in 0.4litre glasses and when challenged they said it was a typo on the menu. They then...asked for a tip. Could have been excellent but we felt conned.More

Encouraged to come in when we got off hop on hop off bus at stop right outside. Said we would come back which we did as the waitress outside was so lovely & not pushy. Enjoyed our ice cold drinks, the non pressure & the...cooling fans.More

Genuine, fresh and tasty Greek cuisine at reasonable prices. We had the moussaka, which was among the best we’ve had in Greece, plus a fresh greek salad, a tzatziki, dolmades and half a litre of a rose for €32.40. The service was excellent and the...setting - just outside the tourist precinct - was perfect. The amazing ice cream shop (fullspoon) next door was an outstanding finish to a wonderful evening.More

We stopped here as this was the first place we had seen dolmades without meat in them. We ordered those and the face, the grilled veg and the eggplant dip, with a semi caraf of wine. The food was very tasty and did not disappoint,...bread and wine were brought to the table at the start ( you are charged for this, it's only a couple of euros, but you can say no). At the end of the meal we were brought some complementary cake. Total bill came to 30 euros , so whilst not he best value meal we've had so far it certainly wasn't too expensive and we were able to try some traditional Greek food we couldn't get in other places we had visited. Definitely worth a visit of you're in need of a rest after walking around the flea market on a Sunday afternoon.More

We had dinner here on our first night. It was solid but not gourmet. The prices were very reasonable and the service was outstanding! The owner was there and super friendly. Overall a dru good experience.

If you are a tourist they will give you the "expensive" table water, which they have already decanted before you get a chance to decline it. Annoying thing is that this practice did not seem to apply to the locals - they seemed to get...the regular (free) table water. They did the same with bread, but we were able to decline this - if I want bread I will order it and happily pay for it! It's not worth arguing the toss, but their attitude seemed at odds with all of the other bars/restaurants we visited in Athens. BTW, their food wasn't up to much either, both in terms of quality and cost. If you like being taken for a mug then this is the place for you!More

Monastiraki
Monastiraki is a souvenir-hunting enclave with a
difference. Apart from the dramatic backdrop of the
Acropolis, its network of alleys and pedestrianized
streets surround the remains of both the Greek and
Roman agoras, adding the quaint concept that this is
where the ancients also came to shop. Named after the
tiny monastery church at its center, Monastiraki
Square is a lively spot by day or night, with street
