We tasted frozen yogurt here first time and to date I'm in love with that yogurt. It was awesome and specially during afternoon it soothes you.

What a lovely cheerful little cafe! We had homemade crepes with a whole array of filling possibilities, and coffees. All utterly delicious. Wish we had tried the yoghurt too but full after the fantastic crepes! Service was helpful and friendly. Close to main historic sights so well worth searching out!

If you like yogurt and frozen yogurt you must must visit this small but friendly place. They give basic vanilla frozen yogurt an you can chose various toppings and flavours to make it exciting. They are next to Cafe amoroso and in the middle of the action. The guy there was very friendly and suggests good flavours.

During our few days visiting Athens this summer with my family we discovered this amazing little authentic Greek frozen yogurt place. The traditional Greek toppings and original yogurt flavor was what attracted us to this unique shop. It was so difficult to decide on toppings. I had the classic yogurt topped with a Metaxa cognac sauce with walnuts that was... More

My friends and I discovered this place through another friend. Seriously it is the best frozen yogurt we have had. It is authentic Greek yogurt that is so delicious yet low fat and low calorie. The place only has fresh good quality products. The fresh juices and smoothies are the perfect energy boost. Try the waffles with froyo if you... More

I came across this place while walking on Ermou exploring Athens. The inviting storefront and jovial crowd outside made it difficult to pass by without stopping in. And boy was I glad I did. The refreshingly authentic Greek frozen yogurt was outstanding. Better than any I have ever had in New York, where I live, or anywhere in my travels.... More

Only a few flavors, and it isn't self service, but man, that is good frozen yogurt. Good frozen yogurt in Greece is something different than what we get in the US: richer, less sour, and incredibly tasty. I always go for the "natural" flavor, which is delicate and rich, but you can also get strawberry and biscuit, which are also... More

Staying in Plaka

Neighborhood Profile
Due to its proximity to the Acropolis, Plaka remains the area where the majority of foreign visitors stay and play. Its attractive features include small squares, some notable museums and the beautiful Mitropolis cathedral, as well as a host of places to stay, eat and drink. Its pedestrian zones make it a pleasant place to escape from the city’s notorious traffic. Adrianou and Kidathineon Streets contain a number of souvenir shops, offering classier items than you will find in the Flea Market. The most rewarding section to explore is the upper reaches towards the Acropolis itself, where many old stone houses with tiled roofs have survived. Up here you can find leafier corners and the odd quaint taverna with unobstructed views of the ancient rock.
