We were looking for a restaurant with some good seafood and this did not disappoint. We were advised of the main seafood and fish options for day. We decided to stay with a selection of seafood options to share rather than order individual meals. So...we ordered a couple of oysters each, some Zamburinas a la plancha (small grilled scallops), squid pieces in tempura batter and grilled red prawns, halved, in a spicy Mozambique style sauce. Everything was delicious! All accompanied by a wonderful crisp dry vino verde local wine. A very enjoyable evening of good food and wine, and good music! And reasonably priced. We will be back when next in Porto!More

This was a lovely, modern restaurant near our hotel. We went twice and the second time they not only remembered us, they knew what we had ordered. Its menu isn’t large, depends on what seafood and fish is available that day. It is excellent though,...but not cheap. We thoroughly enjoyed itMore

We waited for 10 minutes at the door although we had a reservation. Then we waited 20 more minutes until we order. Finally 14 more minutes for a soup. High prices, lack of attention, I definitely do not recommend it. Looks like a tourist trap....You will spend your money much better in the restaurants nearby, finally afterwards we found a simple local place 5 minutes away: Tasquinha dos Sabores. Not fancy, but delicious and with great service. Only locals come. Cheers!More

Was skeptical because of the reviews but I thought this was a great place with even better food. Even if the menu is 'limited' there food is great and especially when you look at the price of the food.

Fresh seafood, limited side options. Easy to book. Clean facilities. Were oriented as we walked in regarding what was available as it is all dependent on what the fishers catch. We ordered the flounder with a side of salad and rice. The side options for...meals are very limited, which was frustrating. I suppose as to not take away from the seafood. Dessert was just okay- I would skip that. Good drinks and options. Someone ordered a seafood platter with large crabs. Looked tasty. Shrimp also looked good as well. Giving 3 stars based on the fact that what is available is not predictable and side options need to be more flavored.More

We were here at 20 Dec, and as we understand (after investigation) - we were poisoned by oysters, that we ordered as grilled. Oysters were a bit warm, I'm not sure it was grilled. By the way we were poisoned and suffer 2 days with...stomach infection while traveling back to home. Only one who didn't eat oysters is ok. Thanks for the great end of vacation.More

My review is not necessarily a bad review of the restaurant, just more a warning for anyone coming as we felt we immediately had made the wrong choice and wish we’d checked the menus first. Great seafood just simply a lack of choice. We came...here as it’s been listed as one of the best seafood restaurants in Porto. We should have in reality read the menu before. Very limited options. The starters were more varied and looked better than the mains. We had oysters. For the mains, it was mainly shell fish (and very little else) so we all went for the mixed crab sharing platter. There were no side options, some potatoes, a salad would’ve been a nice option. The shellfish was very fresh and tasty, the crap patte was delicious. The service good. Just not what I wanted from my night out. For me this restaurant just needs lots of options on seafood, lots of fish dishes and side options. If you’re not up for a shellfish platter that you will spend your evening breaking through shell for a tiny bit of meat. Sadly wasn’t for me but I’m sure many will love it.More

Arriving at 7pm, we were surprised to see all tables were occupied by Asians, seafood lovers! Our clams in white wine & seafood rice in broth were outstanding. Many items, were out of season unavailable. Service most attentive. By the time we left at 9pm, people...were waiting to be seated.More

Our second visit to this fine seafood restaurant. Food really good, done dishes over priced. The waiter wasn’t very cheerful, which was a shame as would of received 5 stars otherwise. Loved the fish broth and the sea snails. Would return again.
