What a lovely place to start our first night in Porto. Friends had recommended we try this place and it didn't disappoint.

Friends had recommended we visited this wine bar and we weren't disappointed. It's a wonderful spot to watch the world go by and listen to the street musicians. The staff are lovely and so knowledgeable about wine and we sampled some super ones. We also...tried the mussels which were amazing and some cheeses which again, were recommended by our lovely waitress. You will need cash here as they only take Portugese cards but there are local ATM's so you don't need to walk far.More

If you can spare a couple of hours to relax in the Wine Quay you will not regret it. The bar focuses on a small selection of wines and tapas that is chosen for its quality, without being overly priced. We tried a couple of...glasses of white and three reds. You could taste each before you committed, and all were excellent. The staff were knowledgeable and provided good information on each wine. The food was amazing. A great selection of local cheeses. Wafer thin ham which is probably the best I have ever tasted. Fresh local prawns. All this, and views out over the Douro to the bridge and the port houses. Find the time.More

Beautiful views of the river. The wine was lovely however the staff were very unhelpful and rude. Would not return.

You'll need to look up to find Wine Quay Bar because it is not at street level—great news for the view and to keep the crowds away. Snag a seat on the balcony and relax. So much fun that we went twice! Wine list was...lovely and the cheeses, tomatoes, and meats we tried were delicious and beautifully plated. We came here under the impression that they had many port options, but they mostly serve just one brand. They have a beautiful patio area facing the river but even if there are seats available and you are inside, they refuse to let you move...outside, which is crazy. Don't they want people to see other people enjoying drinks on their patio - brings more business? Disappointed. There are so many better options on the Ribeira.More

The view from this wine bar is amazing. And the wine delicious. We sipped and looked at the breathtaking view from this bar every evening we were in Porto. Moses and his staff were so friendly, too. Hello from Canada.

Loved this cute wine bar!. No hot food but great selection of cheese, salads and meats , etc. The view of the river is so relaxing especially since you are sitting above the street level - so it's a little more quiet. Gave great recommendations...for the Duoro Valley for our tripMore
