As a foodie, I'm a picky rater, but this place has incredible food, service, and atmousphere. The restaurant is upstairs in a charming building that is reminiscent of eating in a home from the turn of the last century. Linen tablecloths, cozy setting, and impeccable...service. And the food!! It's so delicious! The menu is well-rounded with good selections for every course. Ask the staff for a wine recommendation, they will never steer you wrong. And don't fret that it might be too fancy, Ive seen people in everything from jeans and t-shirt to gorgeous cocktail dresses. they all fit in fine. Moderately priced given the great food. Dont miss this place!More

A must! This restaurant is amazing. One of the best meals we ate in Porto. The service was absolutely impeccable, they could not do enough for you, the second your wine glass is empty they are back and it is refilled. You can have a...laugh and a joke with the staff. My order was wrong initially but they couldn’t apologise enough and it was honestly probably down to the language barrier. When my risotto arrived, is was beautiful and well worth the wait. Everything we had was absolutely fantastic and we would happily return. To note, when you go through the door you go left and up the stairs.More

Wonderful Portuguese restaurant tucked away. We were the only English speakers. Had fois gras and Bachalau ( cod and potato). Very tasty.

The place is wonderful the interior is very inviting. Perfect menu with a modern twist of traditional portugese dishes. We tried and were very happy with the tiger prawns, the prawns cataplana, beef portugese style. The service is impecable, accomodating, and the wine recommended was...just perfect. Highly recommended!! And normal prices.More

I ordered Rosbife through Glovo and after an hour I received a simple message from the platform telling that the restaurant had cancelled my request. No further explanation. I don’t think this is a good service to the client. I will never order or go...to this restaurant again.More

Good morning We are very sorry to see your review. But we are not working with Glovo, the fact that you were able to see and order from their platform is a mistake on their part. We hope you will not take offense to us...More

Yesterday we arrive at 21:00 without booking the table but we saw that half of the tables were empty. We ask for a table for two for dinner and the waitress after talking with the boss!? said that it was not possible to dine, they...were very busy (he was taking pictures to 3 women client to even look at us). So to be honest I never saw or experience something like this.More

We visited the bar for a late Sunday evening drink, while everything else was closed and we were lucky enough to have some light snacks and chilled beer. Friendly people and nice service.

The setting is pleasant and service was reasonable though prices were not particularly cheap.. We had the Tagliatelle Salmao which was tasty although presentation was disappointing – lots of small pieces of tagliatelle suggesting fragments at the bottom of a packet rather than proper long...strips as expected.More

Casa Agricola is worth seeking out if you are in the Casa da Musica area. An old farmhouse surrounded by high rise offices and hotels. The dining room is upstairs, through a busy bar; very pleasant atmosphere in a well proportioned panelled room. Service is...professional and unassertive. Octopus carpaccio and goats cheese tart were first rate starters, followed by mushroom risotto and monkfish in red wine both equally good. An extensive wine list sensibly priced. It seems always busy, understandably, so good to book.More

We didn’t want to take a cab anywhere so we decided to walk to this restaurant near our airbnb that had pretty good reviews. The restaurant upstairs is a formal setting. We ordered Serrano ham and manchiego cheese to start but found the cheese less...sharp than others which we would have preferred. I ordered fish with shrimp and rice. It arrived as a stew which wasn’t clear on the menu. Could have been tastier and less bland. The salmon with spinach pasta had both chunks and slices. It was well seasoned but a bit dry; no sauce. The mushroom risotto was excellent. As we left we peaked into another dining space which was closed but full of art and paintings. The waiter kindly opened for us to see. It’s a serene restaurant that I think has been around for awhile. Most of the clientele was from nearby and all Portuguese. That’s always nice.More

It had been a long time since my last visit to the "Casa Agrícola". I was able to verify that it maintains the quality of food, service and environment. The Cod was excellent. An excellent restaurant for business meetings or even to be with friends...or family.More

This is a fabulous Portuguese restaurant serving very good local dishes. The staffs were very welcoming. The service was good and friendly. It wsa busy for Monday night but they accommodated us without booking. Overall excellent food, excellent service, good atmosphere and good facilities. The...main restaurant is on the first floor. The ground floor is a bar and (also) food area. Recommended.More

The restaurant upstairs is so reasonable, with great wine and lovely dishes. We had dessert on one occasion - probably the only thing that let them down - but otherwise great tasting and fairly cheap dinner, bonus points for being opposite our hotel!

We were two couples on a mini 4 night break in Porto staying in a hotel around the corner. We literally lived in this place! We had great fun here and had the best laughs! Good drinks menu with magical mojitos! They do a happy...hour from 5pm til 9pm - what's not to love! Thanks to you all from the 4 Irish lunatics who visited ye in April.
