The place is wonderful the interior is very inviting. Perfect menu with a modern twist of traditional portugese dishes. We tried and were very happy with the tiger prawns, the prawns cataplana, beef portugese style. The service is impecable, accomodating, and the wine recommended was just perfect. Highly recommended!! And normal prices.

Initially cozy atmosphere. Unfortunately a very noisy group of 24 people came to disrupt our meal. But the restaurant team was able to react and move us to a quieter room where we could finish our meal in a more peaceful atmosphere. The dishes were excellent, the desserts delicious and we appreciated the kindness and joviality of the staff

A must!
This restaurant is amazing. One of the best meals we ate in Porto. The service was absolutely impeccable, they could not do enough for you, the second your wine glass is empty they are back and it is refilled. You can have a laugh and a joke with the staff.
My order was wrong initially but they couldn’t apologise enough and it was honestly probably down to the language barrier. When my risotto arrived, is was beautiful and well worth the wait. Everything we had was absolutely fantastic and we would happily return.
To note, when you go through the door you go left and up the stairs.

I ordered Rosbife through Glovo and after an hour I received a simple message from the platform telling that the restaurant had cancelled my request. No further explanation. I don’t think this is a good service to the client. I will never order or go to this restaurant again.

We were looking forward to dining at this rstaurant as it was the most expensive of our stay in Porto but sadly it was the worst restaurant we ate in. The service was poor, the food was mediocre and the atmosphere lacking. Even worse I have coeliac disease and emailed the rstaurant in advance about my requirement for a gluten free diet. Despite receiving an email from the restaurant confirming that this was not a problem and that I should inform the server on ordering, the server had no understanding of the issue. I would not recommend this rstaurant.

Slightly difficult to locate. The building is beside a church and they the only older buildings in the vicinity. However, had to go into the pub below. The restaurant is upstairs. Strangely quiet for a Saturday night, and seemed to have two large tables with groups, overall less than half full otherwise.
Pleasant staff.
Reasonable starters. The smoked salmon rolls, however, were quite small, and were simply rolled into cylinders. Came on a huge bed of Dijon grained mustard, plus had nice rocket salad, with capers.
The mushroom starter helping was big enough to be a main course, a huge number of chantarelles. Sadly, they were over-cooked, tough, and dripping with oil.
The veal chunks were nice, and perfectly cooked, coming with large chips and "sprouts". The last was actually overcooked, tough spinach, with garlic. Something lost in translation.
The hunter's game sausage was a serious disappointment, in that it wasn't a sausage, having no skin. It was a deep-fried u-shaped croquette, contents unlear, but looked as if some minced dark meat was padded out with breadcrumbs. Came with nice potato, and the same "sprouts", garlic spinach, quite chewy.
We didn't risk desserts, and aren't rushing back.

Beware.
If like us you Google this restaurant well in advance and click through to the "website" link on the first results page and use it to book yourself a table, you will get a screen telling you that your booking has been taken. But that's the last you will hear from Casa Agricola. And if you ring them to re-confirm as a courtesy shortly beforehand, they will not honour your booking because, as they said in our case, they no longer use the website to which Google directs people and therefore don't recognise any obligation as having been created.
I can only assume they are confident they can get away with infuriating some people in this way and can simply ignore the implicit bookings people are still making with them in good faith because apparently if you do manage to get a table there the food is said to be good. But we won't be bothering again because the high-handed attitude and strong evidence of lack of concern for customers is such a no-no for us.

We received this recommendation from Ruben, who works at the Sheraton Hotel in Porto. The food was excellent and the atmosphere was lovely. Our waiter was also named Ruben. He recommended the main course and also the wine. All the staff were attentive and pleasant. I highly recommend this restaurant.

As a foodie, I'm a picky rater, but this place has incredible food, service, and atmousphere. The restaurant is upstairs in a charming building that is reminiscent of eating in a home from the turn of the last century. Linen tablecloths, cozy setting, and impeccable service. And the food!! It's so delicious! The menu is well-rounded with good selections for every course. Ask the staff for a wine recommendation, they will never steer you wrong. And don't fret that it might be too fancy, Ive seen people in everything from jeans and t-shirt to gorgeous cocktail dresses. they all fit in fine. Moderately priced given the great food. Dont miss this place!

We had an excellent evening at Casa Agricola. The building is beautiful and the restaurant has a lovely atmosphere. The food was outstanding, we had steak and veal followed be chocolate mousse. The wine selection was good and well priced. Service was attentive but not over bearing. We would highly recommend.

The waiter looked at us several times when we arrived, and didn’t come serve us. He kept serving the rest of the people. We waited for 20mins to ask for beer.
